I received pink acrylic powder with 4 total nails that have gold foil and silver flakes, which was in the description for what I booked. When I later contacted the owner by text she tried to tell me that the pink acrylic powder is considered a nude. Is pink acrylic not apart of an ACRYLIC full set? She also claimed that I was shown a key ring full of colors, which I wasn't. I was only shown the pink acrylic powder jar. I also told the nail tech that I booked " Acrylic Full set with unlimited designs " so she was aware of what I booked. . I wouldn't have chosen the first color that she showed me if that was to be considered "nude" and I would've then been charged an additional $20. . . I'm sorry to say that I don't think I'll be going there again. They require you to add your card on file in order to make appointments and hold a percentage of a deposit in order to keep your appointment . Mine was $28 to hold my appointment. They will charge you a fee of $2.99 to pay with your card for the rest of the money that is owed. They need to be transparent with new customers about what and how much they are charging them. You walk in there and there is no menu of how much services are but instead of how much you should tip for services. Unfortunately I don't think I'll be going back for several reasons which someone them is what I have mentioned.
