I usually don't have an issue getting the appointment I want if I call at least 2 days in advance but I've also never been there on the weekends so I can't speak for that. I booked an " Acrylic Full Set with unlimited designs " and I was told the end result was " The Nudes with Nail Art overlay ". . I received pink acrylic powder with 4 total nails that have gold foil and silver flakes, which was in the description for what I booked. When I later contacted the owner by text she tried to tell me that the pink acrylic powder is considered a nude. Is pink acrylic not apart of an ACRYLIC full set? She also claimed that I was shown a key ring full of colors, which I wasn't. I was only shown the pink acrylic powder jar. I also told the nail tech that I booked " Acrylic Full set with unlimited designs " so she was aware of what I booked. . I wouldn't have chosen the first color that she showed me if that was to be considered "nude" and I would've then been charged an additional $20. . . However within the last few weeks, Winnie nor her husband have been there. I keep asking the young guy that works there when she is coming back. He keeps telling me in 2 weeks. I have went there twice since then and not very happy with the results. Don't m ow if I will continue to come back here.
