I then asked her how much it would be for a single tip on one nail because I had broken a nail, and she said $10 for a single tip. That is extremely expensive in my opinion, as other places charge between three and five dollars for a tip to be added onto a single nail. I told her that it seemed a bit expensive and she just started laughing at me. If that's how they treat customers that have never even been to their business before, she's not going to get many customers with that attitude. I recommend staying away from this place because of the way that they conduct themselves - not very professional or nice.

A few times they didn't touch my cuticles at all, so they looked messy again within a few days. There's usually gel left on my skin or a gap between the polish and the cuticle, which shouldn't happen with a proper manicure. On top of that, the prices are ridiculous for the quality. I always leave spending around $65 for a simple gel fill (tip included), and I usually don't even feel great about my nails afterward. This was my last visit. I'll be going somewhere else, and I'd recommend others consider doing the same.

The massage chairs are comfortable and the owner seems to always be there, meticulously watching everything. It is very clean and well organized with a good polish selection. I didn't get the little massage at the end I normally enjoy the last time but I was 10 min late due to parking. Note that 10am-3pm Monday Wednesday Friday there is alternate side parking so it's hard to even find metered parking. Not during alternate side parking it's very easy to get free parking.
