I have been coming here for quite some time and don't have a problem with the place. Winnie does nails very well. I can bring a design to her and o have no problem. However within the last few weeks, Winnie nor her husband have been there. I keep asking the young guy that works there when she is coming back. He keeps telling me in 2 weeks. I got SNS done for the first time by a lady here on a Monday. By the next Sunday four of my nails were cracked. I called and let them know, they we nice and told me to come in to get them fixed. A guy fixed the four messed up nails on that Sunday. I noticed he added another step that the lady did not do. I told him and he said that was weird but he still only fixed the four broken ones. Now two days later all the other 6 that he hadn't fixed are cracked, breaking or off completely. I'm so disappointed because I spent $38 for nails that didn't even last me one week. I definitely will not be going back to them for SNS and I recommend that you consider elsewhere. read more

Prices are not bad at all. Interior looks a little worn but you're ultimately in there for the nail/spa services. The girls here really do care about your nails and take the time to make sure you're nails look great and that you have smooth feet. I came in at 7PM on a Friday. I made an appointment but they do accept walk-ins. All of the 5-6(?) pedicure chairs were filled on a Fri night. (I don't know if it's typically this busy since I went during a holiday weekend.) They had all of their staff working on all clients. The lady who did my toe nails was great since I didn't feel the need to wince at all. My (more sensitive) mother was comfortable too. The employees were gentle. They also made sure you had your allotted massage time timed (fair service). A gel manicure (with a little tape design on the ring fingers), regular pedicure, and 10 min massage cost me $53 not including tip. Without the designs, it'd be $48 (they charge $5 for two designed nails). When I'm telling you they care, they really do. The second lady doing my gel nails constantly checked and smoothed out any unevenness during the curing process. It was way past 7:30 but she just kept working. The lady offered two gold tape widths, cut each, asked which I preferred, and also took her time with its placement. Definitely check them out. They care. read more

Update: I came back to the spot on a Monday night pretty late and they were packed. I got the spa pedi and SNS powder and once again, the spa pedi was out of this world. They take their time and really care for you. While I was in the pedicure chair, they removed my gel and filed my nails so I wouldn't be held up. They stayed 20 minutes late to finish me up and did not have an issue with the tip on my credit card (which I hate doing). It is just truly amazing service. Their prices are very reasonable! Do not even bother walking in. I came here for a regular pedi and gel mani. So I walk in for my appt and get seated the guy starts doing my pedi. And seems that every color I picked out that was gel didn't have a matching color. Okay....so I picked a color out of my color zone so my nails can match. Back to the pedicure, he told me about the special spa pedicure with gel mani $48 seems like a great deal sure. He applies a mask on my legs and covers it with plastic wrap. I wasn't happy with how he "cleaned" up my cuticles or filed my nails. The 10 min massage was very rough and useless since the point of a massage is to relax. Didn't happen. Glad the pedi was over in 30 mins. I sit down for my gel manicure. He's cutting my cuticles and he ends up cutting me that the whole time I was there for my mani I wouldn't stop bleeding. I just felt like waking out at this point. Not very sanitary with how they took care my bleeding finger. My gel mani was so thick and uneven I pointed it out whatever he did, didn't help much. I just stood shut and wanted to leave. Finally time to pay, I paid and tipped him the minimum. And i wasn't going to write a review but what pissed me off was while I was on vacation 2 days after my nails got done. My GEL mani was already chipped. Plus a throbbing middle finger praying that it wouldn't get infected as I'm on vacation. By day 4 after my gel mani all my nails were peeling as if I never got my nails done. I was so pissed off that I need to let yelp know. I would never go back to this place. I don't understand how they have good reviews. The quality of polish is no good and not many options to pick. The staff isn't even friendly. They just talk in their language probably about the client. I don't see any reason to spend a dollar at this place. read more

If I could rate this place no stars I would. I usually don't don't go out my way to rate businesses, but I never experienced anything like this. Please keep in my mind in total we spent about $150+. I got acrylics with a design and my cousin got overlay gel with a design. Prior to leaving, I was not happy with the finished product. It wasn't even a week yet, and one of our nails came off. By the third day, my nails looked like I got them done two weeks. My advice is to save your money and go somewhere else. read more

This business opened fairly recently and since I had been patronizing the prior spa on this premises I thought I would give this a try. Approximately every two weeks I get my nails done, my face waxed and a 30 minute massage. I have also had a pedicure. I go when they open in the morning since I work later in the day. Every service I have received has been excellent. Most often I have been served by the owner, but all of the staff have been great. When giving my massage, Winnie asks exactly how strong is right for me. I have spinal stenosis and the massage sessions have made my lower back feel better than my physical therapist. Winnie uses a natural Chinese medicinal oil which really seems to help. My nails stay perfect for an entire 2-3 weeks and only need fill- in and filing because of growth. The staff are welcoming and pleasant offering bottled water and fruit for a snack. I am so happy this shop is convenient to me. read more
