I recently stopped here for an oil change it was my cars first oil change here as well as my first time coming here. This team worked really quick to take care of me even though I did not book an appointment. They do tire rotations as well but it's recommended that you should call for in advance. There's a few of charges that they will let you know about and it's not bad compared to other places. The receptionist is actually very knowledgeable about cars and to staff here was very friendly. I will happily come back here in the future since my service here went by so smooth. Forget the car dealership or big name places that take forever. I wouldn't even go to Jiffy Lube. read more

Their labor fees are inconsistent they charge double for what other shops ended up quoting. They also charged $150 jus to look at the car which I wasn't aware of, be careful and aware. 625 for breaks and rotors they did notice even replace the calipers which they claimed everything needed replaced, stick up artist for sure. read more

Just charged my friends $157 to replace a FUSE. Her tail lights didn't work and the issue was a fuse. Anyone with any kind of brain would immediately check the fuses first. Not this place though. This place needed to "diagnose the problem" (charging her $157 to do so). I spoke to Chuck, who said that his technician needed to DIAGNOSE the problem and THAT'S why it was $157. I asked him how in tf he'd need to diagnose a fuse being blown and then he started asking me if i was ase certified and putting his finger in my face. It's all recorded and I tried to post it, but it's video. For some reason you can't post a video here, but I'll be more than happy to send it to anyone that would like to hear first hand, how disgusting this place is to their female customers. I have been going to Sooper Lube for years now! They are always extremely friendly. The reason I like them so much is because they are up front and honest. If something is wrong they do not try to pressure you into getting it fixed there, they just let you know what they found. A few times they have told me my air filter is starting to get dirty but than told me to wait to get it replaced because it did not need it right away. This tells me they are not after charging you for unnecessary things just to make a dollar. I will continue to go here for oil changes and maintenance. These guys are awesome! They are super fast with oil changes. What really makes me come back is that once, when I was massively pregnant, I had low air in my tire and couldn't get the air thing at the gas station to work. I stopped by super lube, and they filled my tire for free, and fixed my windsheild wiper. Plus, their sign is funny. read more

They tried to tell my mother she needed a power steering fluid change . she just went in for an oil change . they told her it has to be clear and it smelt burnt. when I jump in and told him no thanks the guy got mad like I should mind my own business. he didn't know I was with her the only reason I went with her was the last time she was there they talked her into buying a new battery when the one she had was just fine! The manager is the finest auto diagnostician I have ever met. I had taken my car to a couple of places including a dealership and no one could tell me what was making the noise from my exhaust system. Chuck took me for a five minute ride and not only accurately diagnosed my exhaust problem but also identified some major suspension issues that could have caused a crash. The work was done quickly and the charges were very reasonable. I would take my car here for service whenever I needed it for any reason and be confident that they would either fix it right or tell me where to take it if specialty work was needed.
