They had a lot of different kinds of crystals. They had a variety as well. Everything within the glass cases were more expensive and hard to find crystals. If you are from the United States, they have a way for you to choose U.S when you pay with card. They also have a system where you can sign up to earn rewards. The woman working at the counter was super helpful and kind. I was super excited to see that they had some things I was looking for that I could not find in Michigan. The prices were pretty fair too. The previous photos did not do it justice. There was a lot of crystals in the shop.

Or just around, if you want to feel like a valued customer, supportive of small businesses, and not just "dollar in the till. ***Please inform international customers of potential hold and delays with customs when shipping. A just simple pop up disclaimer on your website and this all could have been avoided. I cannot stress this enough as a customer that has gone through the blender with UPS, customs, brokerage request, The FDA, The USDA and various other government agencies. Like omg who runs this place. I personally would not recommend shopping at this place. No warning whatsoever of crazy international shipping cost. BAD CUSTOMER CARE EXPERIENCE. When I first inquired, by phone, about a refund I was assured that everything was taken care of on their end, after 2 holds due to some coding errors/problems. Fine. Yet, I'm getting a new UPS delivery date off and on daily. I get another email from UPS, of another issue on the stores end. I notified, no response. I send an email, requesting a refund again, that I do not want the package. They give me more excuses. How they're not familiar with international shipping. Which I find kinda wild when you own a store and make online orders. The purchase was initially made 6/11. By 6/25, I was done. I was completely over the lack of assistance by the owner. No updates. No communication that things are going to be okay. My anxiety is going nuts. I wanted to do something special for myself for the Strawberry moon on the 29th smh. Anyways, I call UPS, the next day and ask them to send the package back. They tell me I have to wait for it to get delivered to refuse it. That the STORE has to request to have the package shipped back AND THAT MY PACKAGE IS BEING CHARGED EVERY DAY IT SITS IN THE WAREHOUSE!! I'm so sick I checkin my emails and this back and forth. Putting my plans on hold over and over because I "might" actually have a delivery THIS time. Email, email, email. This is so annoying and frustrating. I know they are sick of me too. Guess what, I check my email lol today & I get another new delivery date. WITH A $337 IMPORT FEE! I paid $63, for some catnip, lavender, rose petals, jasmine, some candles and some incense. I'm thinking it'll be easy because I live in Detroit, Canada right there. NOPE. I've gotten things from China, London and Japan. Had no issues. No insane fees. No emails from UPS. I was a happy, unbothered customer. I can now call UPS telepathically so today I do so lol. I let them know, I'm NOT payingggg thatttt. Nope. Nuh uh. I refuse to pay that. I wasn't prepared, let alone forewarned about incurring that kind of expense. I tell the lady that I don't the package, to send it back to the shipper and SHE DID IT NO FREAKIN PROBLEM! Bro what?! Then my main thing is, why when I ask for my money back, why can't I just can't get my money back? You have my money, I don't have my package. Yall casting spells and s%*t with my money and I don't have my stuff I ordered. I can't do the things I have planned but y'all can Bibbidi-Bobbidi-Boo with my money.
