I had scheduled an appointment a week in advance for my nails and a pedicure. The pedicure was amazing and relaxing. The paint job on my toes isn't the best honestly so I would give it a 4 stars if only rating the pedicure. My issue was with the nails. I had chosen this salon based on the review pictures and really liked the quality of work. Even tho I had a scheduled appointment it still felt rushed. My nails are different shapes, lumpy and and the paint job isn't great. I paid $65 for a very simple acrylic set and was very disappointed. It looks like a $35 nail set from Walmart. Actually I take that back, the nails at Walmart actually look like better quality. I wouldn't recommend anyone to get acrylics here but if you don't mind a just okay paint job on toes the pedicure was relaxing and made me really soft. read more

I made an appointment to get a pedicure as I have issues with trying to cut my own nails. I had to wait a short time. The pedicure was good and refreshing! I did notice my toes were nicked a couple times, it usually happens. When I went to pay, I was told $35 on the phone and at that point I was told $40. As I live on a very limited income I could not afford a tip. He looked shocked. I said "Thank You" and left. read more

I went in looking for a pedicure. There were only 2 others in at the time. I was seated at a chair and the water was cold. I sat there for 30 mins and still Noone started on my feet and a couple more ladies walked in. The guy had just finished with another lady didn't wash out the basin and sat another woman down. I was so grossed out I left and will NEVER go back. That is disgusting and can make someone sick. read more

I was looking for a gel pedicure in Ephrata. The salon was clean. Plenty of seating to wait and lots of magazines (for the all important zone out during a nail salon visit). They were really nice- I felt warmly welcomed. One of the men did my feet. He was gentle and did a nice job. The UV light curing box was a bit small for my feet (I don't think I have large feet??!!!!) so he was uber careful putting my feet into the box so that the polish didn't smudge. I got a huge kick out of watching his focus on this. They charged an extra $5 for the gel, which worked out to be the same price you'd pay for a gel pedicure in Seattle. Huge variety of gel colors, and they even had a sample display of fake nails painted with the gel colors so you can actually see the true-ish color it will be. The display also included different polish combinations they could do if you want something fancier. For example, burgundy, add silver glitter star polish. I went in to have a gel manicure removed and new gel/paint put on. Sophia did not remove the shellac properly and ruined my natural nails. She used the dremmel and files to remove with a small amount of soaking. My natural nails very thin and weak when she was done. The new manicure was painted up my cuticles and I've had to file the raised cuticle edges as it grows out to keep the polish from catching on things. I will not be back. read more

Literally the worst nail salon I have ever been to. New to the area and hoped to find this place to be gold considering its "by appointment only". Walked in, hardly acknowledged us. Sat down and no one spoke to us for 30 minutes. Water was cold. 2 employees working and had 6 customers in which 4 of us were waiting with cold water. Got up and walked out and no one even said anything or looked at me. Oh and the owner stopped in the middle of a pedicure to go to her car, parked directly in front of the salon, to get her lunch. Pedi took almost 1.5 hours to be sat, and he took maybe 15 minutes start to finish. No skin trimming no nothing. Worst place I've ever been to. The male artist was the worst: not returning! read more
