So I went this morning to get the brows done... Z is a b****!! Literally did my eyebrows in less than a freaking minute! She left them so thin! To make it worse she's so aggressive while she does them!! At one point I felt like she was going to rip my eyelashes out too!!! She's so rude! They lost a customer today! I was a completely faithful client. I used to love Z. The problem with this place, the main problem, is that she is easily distracted. Her kids are always there. If her kids are not there then she is on her cell phone. One day last year I cam in and Z did my nails. In the middle of my session she answered her phone. Instead of excusing herself and completing her call she continued to thread my eyebrows. After she was done and handed me the mirror I noticed a huge chunk taken out of my left eyebrow. When I asked her about it, she then tried to blame the way my eyebrows grew and I said no.... You weren't paying attention. She didn't charge me and said to come in, in two weeks to give some growth and she will fix it. It's now more than a year later and my brows are still so uneven. I went in last week and Z wasn't there. The person filling in did a horrible job. My brows were so lopsided that she said she'd call Z to come in and fix them for me. There was a huge issue with our language gap. I left there for the last time. I will NEVER go back there again. Their customer service is horrible!! To top this all off the new person ripped my skin so bad that the next day I have small scabs on my brow bone. read more

I read all the reviews and was really excited to come here. I came for a brow clean up and left with half my eyebrows off and uneven shape.

got my eyebrows microbladed here! i was nervous before coming but Z made the entire service very easy and it was definitely a big help that she was taking me into consideration and talking to me through the process, i knew exactly how my brows would look before she did them (eased the nerves) it was a wonderful experience and have already recommended my friends and family! il be back to do my lashes next ! read more

I used to wax my eyebrows but I went here one time and I absolutely loved it. They always take the time to make sure my eyebrows are exactly the way I want them. I recently moved from La Mirada but I still make the drive just to get my eyebrows done here, absolutely amazing job! read more

The best eyebrow place I have ever been to and I've been getting my eyebrows done for over 11 years. Superb customer service!!! Z did my and my daughter's eyebrows and they came out great! She filled them in with eyebrow powder and I was amazed, I didn't think that it was possible for my eyebrows to appear fuller so naturally. Z just got two new long-term customers. I came to Sophies for the first time today... And loved it! It had a really fresh, comfortable atmosphere. They keep everything nice and tidy. I got my eyebrows done by Alyssa. Getting my eyebrows threaded always makes me nervous, but Alyssa did a great job. It didn't hurt as much as it normally does at other places, haha. My eyebrows came out clean- she even cleaned up the ingrown hairs. I will definitely be coming back. read more

Can't beat a $5 deal for eyebrow threading. I was happy with the threading job. I was most impressed by the good customer service. So many businesses ignore the need to treat their customers well. Absolutely LOVE this place!!! Sophi is the sweetest!!!! Not only are the prices affordable but I actually look forward to going. The atmosphere is awesome and sociable. I am use to going places and never talking much to anyone at threading places. But Sophie's definitely has that warm welcome and treats you like a friend not a customer. I love it and do not plan on letting anyone else touch my eyebrows. She has done a wonderful job and I get complemented all the time!!!! I also have never had to wait longer than 5 minutes. I'm only giving this place one star because I was satisfied with my eyebrows. I drive by this place all the time so today I decided to try it since my regular place was out of the way and I really needed to have my eyebrows done. The woman who did my eyebrows was horrible. I don't think I've ever received worst customer service anywhere before!!!!! She started off ok asking me if I'd been there before and how I found out about them. When she was done she left me lying on the chair, when she realized I didn't know she was done she said we're done now and walked away. I got up a little confused because she didn't even give me a mirror so that I could see the end result. I followed her behind the counter and she started talking to two guys behind the counter in another language while I just stood there. I was so perplexed by her behavior I pulled a $20 bill out of my wallet because I just wanted to get out of there. She gave me my change back and walked away to another customer. One of the guys gave me a card he had stamped and told me that if u come back 6 times, the 7th is free. I threw this card away as soon as I got home!!! Will never go back to this place again. I don't care how good a job someone does if they have no customer service skills it makes me not want to come back. In my area there are plenty of places that can do just a good a job and treat you politely!!!!! read more
