The lady that owns/runs the shops is so nice and you can just tell she loves her job. I also could tell there are a lot of regulars. And that just speaks volumes to her. Like she's worth it alone to go back for However .... My experience was less than ideal. I'm just glad I had a leisured Saturday. With not much to do. I think she's on her hustle, and good for her. But literally, she was the only one in the shop (there was her two elementary school children and an older lady that helped assist). there was about 5people on the chairs. And she would just rotate between us. There was a lot of downtime. I would've rather have her tell me it was a 30 min wait and let me decide if I wanna stay or not instead of letting my feet turn into prunes as they soak in the water waiting for her....(then someone came in for some other service. And I don't even know when she ended up getting to them. But you better believe they were sitting in the chair inside the shop.) I was slightly amused with her running back and forth This is a place you go for a quick. Good enough.. And not a good detailed self-care type of manicure pedicure. Granted I just got jail on my nails. But there was no cuticle attention. And she was standing up as I was sitting in the pedicure chair. Rushing. (not gonna lie, the gel looks pretty good. She's definitely got a clean application down.) I paid $70 for manicure pedicure. With zero cuticle assistance. I was there for over two hours. Meh Now for the hygiene. Bugs in the pedicure water!! I walked over from the Toyota dealer while my car was being serviced. I asked how much for a full set and pedicure. I was told $85 which is a pretty fair price. I took off my socks and shoes, my sock fell into the water but was not completely submerged in the water. I noticed things floating in the water but that's not too unusual for a pedicure sometimes different products are put into the water and I wear glasses so my eyesight isn't the best. I took my feet out of the water at the techs request and noticed small bugs, almost roach like, crawling on my feet! I couldn't believe it and looked closer at the water and noticed several more bugs in the water! I started to gather my things when another lady asked what the problem was. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I showed her the bugs in the water and she started to blame my sock. There is no way all those bugs came out of my sock![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The lady did offer to put new water but there was no way I was going to let them work on my hands and feet. Proceed with caution with this place! Edited to reply to I left barefoot because I did not want to spend another second in your store. Having bugs in the water you're servicing your customers in is not a minor issue, it's a big issue! While it might not happen often, it did happen while I was there as a first time customer and I'm leaving my reviews for others to take cautions. If your water is so dirty to have bugs in it, who knows what else is dirty! read more

I drove by randomly and saw they do both lashes and nails. It's not boogie by any means and at this point I have nothing to lose but money. The people here are very customer friendly. The pedicure relieved my ingrown toenail but it was basic. I don't think they offer any deluxe pedicure or at least I wasn't given the option. Very nice people, very crappy quality. Ive been looking for a new place and thought this was gonna be perfect, since it was practically aroumd the corner from my house. I will give it to Michael for the shape of my nails. I like them very short, and i normally have a hard time with nail techs cuz they want to keep them long, but Michael knew exactly the length I liked. However, half way thru the fill, he gave me to the owner so she could finish painting my nails while he went to work on someone else. That was pretty rude, but whatever. Apparently this other lady was the owner Vivian... Very nice lady and all, but it took her a few tries to make a spiderweb, and i ended up with this. (See picture) Later that evening as i was making dinner... Not a super daunting task, but my thumb broke non the less. Not my nail, just the acrylic. I went back, they fixed it. Whatever. Finally today, as I am typing away on my computer, which again, not a super daunting task, I realized 3 of my nails were already lifting. Theyre blaming the previous salons acrylics and how old my nails were... They were only 2 and a half weeks old and ive never had problems this quickly with any other salon.
