I am not sure what to feel about this company. I gave them my vehicle and they said come back in 2 days. I didn't expect it to be done in 2 days but I called to check in on it and they said they needed another 2 days. So I called again and they told me it needed 3 more days. Now I am getting frustrated but I want the work to be done correctly so I don't complain that much and I wait patiently to find out that they still aren't done with it. Finally on the 9th day of working on it I am told that it might be done that day. Well, I show up and they are still working on it but I found out that they broke my antenna and if I wanted them to fix it, it would take another day. I just took my vehicle away so I could fix it myself. In their defense, they claim it took longer due to one of their technicians getting hurt. That would be all well and good except that they broke the antenna and my vehicle had paint chips and dust all in the inside of the nice interior. The paint job looked okay but I would hesitate before I used these guys again. read more

I've brought in two different cars - 1 with major post-deer collision repairs needed and the second with damage from a car-to-car collision. I found both repairs to be great. I couldn't tell the difference from the original parts of the cars to the repaired parts. The folks running the shop were friendly and helpful. This is a AAA-certified repair shop which is how I found them and I don't believe they would be certified without both quality and service. I recommend them wholeheartedly. We did the groupon oil change. 1 regular and 1 synthetic. regular change was fine, 1 hour and had the car back. The synthetic was just terrible and no regard for customer service. They called after an hour to say they were just finishing and I needed an air filter. Okay see you in a half hour. When we arrived the oil had not been changed as they did'nt have it in stock but were told the kid would be back any minute. This is from an appointment made two weeks ahead of time! The kid arrives back and to our dimay he leaves again. This is now 40 minutes of wasted time sitting there and we knew exactly what happened. Only bought 5 quarts and our car takes 8!!. We paid the full extra price for the 3 quarts with NO apology or any offer to reduce our cost for over an hour of sitting in their parking lot. Get some customer service guys or forget wanting new customers to ever return! read more

After 2 days they would not answer our calls, so we went there to find out what was going on. They had broken a part while performing an unauthorized repair - so it took a week to finish a job the dealer would have done in a day. And they charged about 40% more than the dealer. The most frustrating thing was the lack of communication and when we did manage to talk to them the story kept changing so we never could piece things together until after we had been ripped-off. Nothing was in writing so it is my word against theirs (my bad). You have been warned. read more

I took my truck to Soquel Collision to repair the bed of my truck from an accident. The paperwork was processed quickly as well as the repair. Done when they said they were going to be done and the work was flawless. I liked the fact that they washed my truck before returning it to me. read more

When they fixed my car for insurance reimbursement, they skimped on everything. They even left my driver side headlight loose,unattached to the frame. I had to take the car to another place and pay out of pocket to get it fixed. read more

These guys are so rude and unprofessional! I had a groupon oil change and after I left my car was leaking oil so I returned and complained to the staff who were unwilling to check out my issue unless i agreed to being charged if they found they were not at fault. I asked to speak to the owner, as he entered the room i put out my hand to introduce myself and he started yelling at me that I better leave or he would call the cops since he had been told that i had "yelled" at his staff. Wow. I left and had my husband look at their work and he discovered that they had not tightened down some bolts. I got my money back from Group-on and suggest you stay far away! read more

I took my truck to Soquel Collision too repair a dent in my truck bed. Although it took a little longer for the work to be done, the truck looked great after they were finished. The paint matched perfectly and the truck was detailed inside and out. I would recommend them to people who want their auto body work done right the first time. read more

I took my car here on a Groupon and they seemed great. About three months later I called to bring it in for another oil change, but never received a call back. I thought maybe they did not hear my message or hear it in its entirety so I called back. Three days later and no call back. I will never go back here again. I'm surprised to see all of the less than great comments here. I bought the Groupon for 3 oil changes and took my car that had been sitting for 6 months in to be changed and checked out. It did need a repair that I had expected and everything was handled for me smoothly including rides home and being picked up when my car was ready. Communication through the day was good. Since I am new to the area I was glad to find them. Just last week my car broke down in Watsonville after hours and I had AAA tow me here. John graciously helped me out the next morning, charged me one third what Firestone in Watsonville wanted to scan it and pursued until he found the problem. I would give this place a Minus 5 stars if you could. Stay away from this place like the plague. First of all the place is very dirty, that should have been a red flag. I took my car there for a Groupon oil change, after they looked at it, they told me it needed a new air filter. Since it had been a while since I've had a tune up I said OK. The next day after I got it home I noticed an oil leak on my cement driveway.This was obvious since I never had a leak before which really shows up on white cement. When I took it back for them to check it, they weren't apologetic or cooperative at all and said that it was probably just some oil that was dripping off from the oil change. Come on, I took this is for professional service. I don't expect oil to be dripping off the engine unless they are really sloppy and unprofessional. Needless to say they did nothing to address the drip and sent me away very frustrated and unhappy with the service. I called Groupon and they are refunding my money. I finally looked under the car and found that they didn't tighten the oil drain plug! I tightened it and the leak has stopped. This is a pretty serious mistake in that if the oil plug was left that way it could come out and spill all of the oil out on the road causing a hazard, as well as my engine getting ruined from losing the oil. Obviously this place is looking for new customers (victims) by offering a discount coupon, and they are looking for more business in tough times. I would offer that the reason they need new customers is because of their complete lack of customer service and professionalism. These people don't deserve the business until they learn how to respect paying customers. Now I fear that they didn't put in the correct oil, filter and I probably didn't need the air filter, they were just trying to make some money to offset the Groupon discount.
