Given the age of our old range, we needed plumbing work done on our gas line before the range could be installed. Mark from the show room was extremely flexible with us as we worked to schedule the plumber's visit before scheduling the delivery/installation. I would highly recommend this store to anyone in need of household appliances. Large appliances are a headache to shop for, and this team made sure to ease the stress with their service.

We always compare the price of the model we purchase to make sure we are getting a fair price, and without fail, Planet TV has the best prices, and they do not charge a delivery fee as do most outlets. Marc walked me through several different options and gave his advice after learning what specifically I was looking to accomplish. I followed his advice and couldn't be happier with the result. He booked the job for only 3 business days later and was able to complete the entire job in just under a full day. Other places I looked into were booking 3-4 weeks out and suggested my install would take at least 2 days. Not only does the system sound incredible, but the price was very fair. Finally, the install itself is flawless. No evidence that any work was done at all and everything works exactly as it did...only the sound is incredible. I couldn't be happier and will absolutely be back for all of my future car audio needs. Truly a 5 star experience.

I recently brought in a sample to match of a white color in a very expensive European Paint. Now I did approve the sample but I am no color expert the wet paint does not show the true color. when I used the paint for touch ups it was not even close. I went to back to the store after I called and the owner said they would make the paint match better. However when I got there they insisted I show them the original sample and when I told them I didn't have it the employees quickly became defensive and rude. When the manager of the store came over he was even more rude and flat out refused to fix the color. I will never go to this store ever again!!!

The next time I needed a tux, I went elsewhere, and that's where I found out about all of the options that are typical for a tux rental. And, the other place was less expensive. This was like paying extra for a lackadaisical and uncaring product. And, he insisted on all cash!
