Today I needed to file a glass claim. The refused to help and referred me to the insurance company. I could have obtained insurance online and not involved a broker. In addition, when I renewed they did not provide insurance identification cards; I had to go directly to the insurance compsny for this as well. From my perspective the have not provided any service and have refused to provide service. Stay away, stay very far away.
