To be fair, Max is pleasant to speak with but always defers you to his staff who are fairly incompetent. I switched to another agent 8yrs ago and haven't had a problem since. I receive all notifications, responses to all inquiries. And every single change is communicated. Example, insurance increased less than $2/per month recently and I got a call to advise me.
