Started off really well, prices steadily increased over the couple years we were insured by…read moreAllState. Really difficult to get a hold of this office and were of no help when it came to a claim I had that involved my window getting smashed and damaging the interior. I was left to deal with claim adjusters and a separate Allstate claims team. What's the point of having an agent? My plan was even set up incorrectly and luckily we were able to fix that during the claim I mentioned after the Allstate management team listened to a recording of my voice of when I called to setup service. They also try to push Safelite glass repair as hard as they can. They screwed up the window type and brought the wrong one. Had to wait another week to get it replaced. Finally, when I traded my car in, they wanted to almost double my rates. I wasn't even able to speak to anyone in the office, I was left to once again, deal with some generic Allstate call center. I had enough and switched to a competitor, I was amazed at how much I was overpaying for WORSE coverage.
