It's a very cheesy (cheese-forward even) pizza. We got super long cheese strands while pulling our slices out, so we needed a serving utensil to sever them. We went with a medium Wild Chica Veggie. The thick topping coverage meant the cheese, olive, and tomato, and mushroom flavors came in every bite. I didn't notice the red onions or peppers very much. I agree with the other poster who said the outer crust is too thick. The dough simply isn't that flavorful, and a whole bite is just the crust. You can see from the photo just how much color it got on it. I wouldn't have minded if the crust had been baked a few minutes less. All in all, solid, but not great. read more

They load toppings and while priced high per pie, they make up for it in the fact that you can get a smaller one and still feel like it was a good deal. This place is great! I love that it's family owned! They load up the pizza with toppings! The sauce is great. The crust is great and the service is friendly and reliable. I don't eat pizza very often but when I do, it has to be really, really good and this is my go to place in the neighborhood! Also, if you are trying to choose what size The more toppings that you have on the pizza, the heavier it is so for two people a small is plenty (three generous slices per person)! if you have three or four people, a medium is good. Of course, leftovers are always great when it comes to pizza so you can't go wrong no matter what you get. Today we went to an informal memorial in Brier Park for my wife's oldest sister. We live in the south end of Bellevue, about half an hour away, and we only get up to Brier occasionally to visit the relative who hosted the memorial. She brought in Sorelli's Pizza, from Mountlake Terrace nearby. It was amazing. First, it's excellent and delicious. But just as interesting, it's probably the most substantial pizza I've ever eaten. There was a LOT of topping, and when you finish that, the crust around the perimeter is very thick and delicious. There was so much topping that it overpowered the ability of the crust to hold it up. Plan on eating it two-handed, or with a fork. I tried to hold on to the plate with one hand while holding the pizza with the other hand--tables were naturally filled with memorabilia--and that required oral acrobatics. I'd say it was at least twice as substantial as your average pizza. I only tried the pepperoni. Is it the best pizza I've had? No, that honor still goes to Resonate Brewery + Pizzeria, so luckily just around the corner from my house. But Sorelli's is one to remember. If you live in the area, I highly recommend you try it. read more

This was on my "hit list" for awhile, actually. I could just never make it work, so tonight I ordered via phone, and made my way to pick up before they closed. The ambiance was descent, reminded me of a local pizza place from my high school days. Supporting local clubs (always a plus) and video arcade with Pac-Man, (always a bonus), beer on tap, plenty of seating inside, and an outside seating area with tent covering. Since I made it in just before they closed, I took the pizza out to my truck, steaming hot, and it was surprisingly heavy. I love pizza, not gonna lie, so when I opened the box, I look at several things. 1 - Piping-hot, right out of the oven 2 - Cheese - stringy, hot, quality, chewy 3 - Toppings - abundant and evenly distributed 4 - Sauce - herby, good flavor, evenly spread 5 - Dough - evenly cooked, a bit heavy, not light and airy, but that's ok considering the heft with this pie. Overall, this is the best, hearty pizza I have had in this area, and I would suggest Sorelli to friends and family looking for a meal. Well done. Usually a 14" pie, I can eat 3/4 of it, but I couldn't do more than 1/3 of this one. Gonna be working on this one for at least another day, but I'm glad that it's tasty! read more

I was excited as soon as I opened the box - the pizza looked beautiful. Generous toppings and cheese lead to a solid cheese pull while your toppings threaten to fall off if you don't plate fast because the cheese pull stretches back into the box for a slide that the toppings cannot refuse. The major drawback was that the crust is thick but very plain, much like eating cooked dough without any sustenance. Maybe take some toppings or cheese and wrap it around the crust for flavor, but eating the pizza somewhat normally will leave you with a thick crust without flavor. At least for the large 16", potentially needed a stronger foundation to hold all the ingredients. However, the feeding sizes are pretty accurate as I felt full after a few slices when I can eat a decent amount. Mighty Moose - this is definitely a meat lover's. Packed with all kinds of meat, the pizza is very heavy and filling while blending a variety of flavors together. Like mentioned above, the crust is extremely thick and heavy without flavor so on it's own, it's not that good. Taking some toppings or cheese for the crust helps, but can be a hassle. If the crust were brushed with anything, I bet it'd be amazing. read more

We've driven by this place countless amounts of times bc we live just down the street, but never gave it a try until recently. I have to say that we've been missing out all these years! Who would have known that the local pizzeria in our hood could churn out delicious pizza AND caesar salad??!! We ordered take out on Friday evening and oh my goodness were they busy as ever. It took a while to get our order, but thankfully it was good. I ordered the 14" HALF AND HALF pizza where you can choose 4 toppings per side. It came with 8 slices. Sorry I didn't take any photos bc 1) starving kids 2) totally forgot lol I wish they loaded on the toppings bc there wasn't many mushrooms or jalapeños on top and I think garlic was missing on one side. The crust is VERY THICK however it was cooked all the way through which was impressive. My kind advice is to perhaps roll it out a tad bit thinner so that the crust isn't so thick and ginormous or serve it with some sauce on the side as a crust bread stick. Okay, I've had many caesar salads in my life and when I tell you this is probably THE BEST caesar salad we've ever had you best believe it was. The entire family was impressed. The romaine was crisp and fresh. There were 2 types of parmesan used - grated and sliced. They were NOT stinky at all which means that they use the good stuff. Bravo. We pretty much always order the same thing from here but our favorite is the wings. I get crazy cravings for them! They are consistently always tasty and cooked to perfection. We've lived in this area for 20 years, and Sorelli Pizza was--right from the start--a place we started returning to. In that entire time, there have been four consistent things we've noticed: 1. The pizza is always delicious; 2. The salads are 100% always fresh; 3. The people who work there are incredibly warm, positive, friendly, and nice; 4. The music played over the sound system--if you're eating there--is a bit...annoying. That's a very subjective statement, no doubt about it. Maybe whoever chooses the playlist or station has to listen to it all day and night, and they make it for their own taste. We wish it were a little more current, and a little more "listenable," but we get it...everyone has their preference. The music sometimes keeps us from going, if we want a different kind of dining experience, but it won't keep us from going back in general. You can't go wrong with Sorelli. If you want Little Caesar's and all that entails (from food quality to wait time), go there. If you are pressed for time, order EARLY. Like a few hours. Who started the ooey-gooey trend is something I have to research someday, but it was likely some chain advertising genius looking for a way to one up the competition. When there is so much cheese on a pizza one has to chew it like chewing gum then it becomes what? A cheese pie? Great if you like it, and judging by the majority of rave reviews, most of the regulars do. Got to keep folks happy, but that's not me, or the wife. But then, i grew up in Brooklyn, NY. Cheese griping aside, the crust was good, though little underbaked to my taste. The sauce was also good, but the cheese could have been cut by about 3/4. Again, to my Brooklyn pizza taste. Most of the pepperoni was under the cheese, and kind of stewed,rather than baked, which I also found strange. All that being said, when the owner came to the table to ask how we liked the pie, and we told him all of the above, he was very open and unperturbed by our comments. Came here today for lunch... third time over the years, but today was amazing! I don't remember it being so delicious. Walked in around 12, wanted the lunch special and joked about the fountain drink and quickly did he say we can have an adult beverage instead- SOLD said we'll be outside with our dog- he offer some water for the pup, then when our drinks came (and water for the dog), he offered our pup a snack- meatballs, pepperoni, croutons... I said some kind of meat.. BEST SERVICE EVER. And the pizza... I ordered Canadian bacon and pineapple... Canadian bacon was under the cheese and pineapple on top, OMG.
