The hot water circulation pump only worked for about two months and then quit working. I called them several times and all I get is excuses. There is definitely no service after the sale. When you call them you get forwarded to an answering service and you just have to hope they will return your call. Now I've had to pay another plumber to come out and check the pump only to confirm that the pump is not working. I am once again trying to contact them to replace the pump, but still no response!

After some thorough investigation, the drain from the toilet to the main drain was clean. It was determined the culprit was something was stuck in the toilet. We had family visiting over the weekend and likely dropped something in the toilet. After a short time and the proper equipment, the toilet was cleared. John and Jay went out of their way to ensure ZERO damage occurred to ANY of our property. They checked other items to ensure there were no additional issues. Before leaving, they asked to ensure I was satisfied with the work. John and Jay both thanked me. GREAT PEOPLE, GREAT SERVICE, GREAT PRICING and GREAT WORK. You cannot ask for anything more.
