I've been coming for the past few years since my move here from New York. I only give my business because their down my street and their wonder and very attentive employee Sonia. This place does have customer parking which is good. It can be limited of course because it shares with the rest of the plaza but nonetheless parking is always good. This place is always clean and not always that busy. They offer fluff and fold and have good washers and dryers. If you're local I definitely recommend coming here for your laundry needs. This place has 22 pound load machines, 25 pound load machines, and 55 pound load machines. It is quarters only here, but the prices are low for washers. Not so low on dryers. The only downside of washing here is that there are some older model dryers, the white ones, which are kind of hit or miss. Some of these old white ones do not heat up the clothes and some of them do. Kinda have to get lucky, or just use the newer, gray dryers towards the back of the store. This place is much smaller than the other two places that I also use, on pico Boulevard ; it's very cozy and not crowded at all. I am here today on a Friday evening at 7 PM. There are two other people doing laundry here. My cute dog is with me, and nobody has complained at all. This is my new favorite laundromat . Unsanitary and unsafe. I ... am not one to leave bad reviews. But do not go here. For real. The laundry machines are all unbelievably dirty. The tops of them are crusty and filthy. One of them even featured leftover laundry detergent and softener caked into the designated areas for them. Their dryers are incredibly out of date. On medium heat for 20 minutes and half of the things I own are burned from their dryers. Unbelievable. Nothing was said to customers who came in wearing no mask AND got extremely close to others. Not only that but a man who appeared to be a worker or owner (I'm not sure?) was not wearing a mask and getting extremely close to a customer while giving her advice. Start to finish the experience was terrible. Again, I'm really not one to give bad reviews. Businesses, like people, have off days. But this seemed less like an off day and more like the persistent experience of the place. Would give negative stars if possible. read more

Updated washer & dryer machines that are clean and maintained/operationally/rarely out of order. 5. Fair pricing and offer incentives on particular days of the week. 6. Recently, I have been using their fluff and fold service and have been very happy with the quick turn around and the care they take (I ask for them to only dry on low temp to prevent shrinking). I went to visit my friend today because I haven't seen her since Covid hit LA. She asked if I wanted to join her for a laundry run, we gathered the necessary things and headed out. Parking is easy to find but of course we went during the week, weekends might be a different adventure. We set up to start and the first two machines had an odor - ew moving on. Thirds times the charm right no it kept getting worse. We open up machine three, four and five - three looks good no smell but wasn't working, machine four was dirty and machine five had a cockroach in it. I'm done!! I asked my friend if she uses this place when she does laundry, she said once in a while and every time she does the machines do tend to have an odor. We silently packed up, walked out and located another much closer, cleaner & roaches weren't doing laundry at this facility. SoRo laundry - you guys can do better than this. read more

Bogus! This place is Ridiculously horrible ! A laundry attendant is never in sight until they are ready to close so if u need help or have a question don't bother . The tables are always dirty & the door is always locked so I gotta go to the back to get in if u get there b4 10 which is the time 4 last load . When I was here last time the attendant was rushing me & clothes were still wet . I would go else where if I had transportation but it's across the street so it's convenient but very out dated. Place is dirty and run down. Broken flooring (it would not surprise me if these are commercial asbestos tiles from the 60's) poor air conditioning and a little on the pricy side for machines. Small machines were broken so I had to use and pay for a larger machine. While I was sitting there, some guys came in with power tools and began to pry up broken tiles! It was insane. I grabbed my wet clothes out of machine and hurried off to a phenomenal laundromat, about a mile away on Pico, call Love Laundry. This place gets the job done but its mad sketchy in the sense that no one is visibly monitoring the store at least from a customer stance. I was in and out from 8 pm to 10 pm and I didn't see any sort of staff with the doors wide open (sketch AF). Washing is somewhat on the pricier side about $4-$5 but the dryers are like $1.00 for an hour and the machine is huge. They sell bags for $.75 and have change machines for $1, $5, $10, and $20. read more

This was my first time and last time here... DO NOT GO HERE! If I could give this place zero stars I would. It's filthy. Overpriced. And the son who works with his mother is the most condescending rude person I've ever encountered as a customer. While I was sitting there studying while my dryers were going, I decided to go check as it seemed to have been 30+ mins. What I found was one of my loads was pulled out and added in a basket with a stranger's laundry. Mind you it was not busy, so why pull the laundry out?? I get that if you are conducting fluff and you need to remove clothes but that's got to be a health code violation missing random clothes. When I approved the lady working there she didn't say anything. I was upset and when her son walked out we had it out. He was rude, (while claiming not to be) tried to be condescending & had no interest in why I was upset that my clothes were pulled out and put in cart with a strangers clothes. Come to find out another woman was having the same complaint. I watched how this "kid" was flippant and really didn't give care. When I said I was going to write a yelp review and go to the health board he said, go ahead I don't care there's others on there. To the owner: The son and mother team don't give a crap about customers, they should be more interested in cleaning up the joint than mouthing off at customers. If you need the dryers to do fluff and fold maybe you should put signs up on the dryers that after certain time of day those dryers are reserved for fluff and fold. To add insult to injury when I got home I found my new sheets were either burned or marketed up from their machines. Don't give this business the time of day. read more

We have a w/d at home but had to come here a few weeks ago after some plumbing problems left our w/d out of service. We came here with 2 weeks of laundry and knocked it all out in 2 hours - it was awesome! At home our machine is a small stackackble unit - so if you're not diligent about doing laundry daily - it piles up quick! We've actually come a few more times - even though our w/d are operational again. It's just too hard to resist. Getting all of our laundry done in 2 hours is amazing. This laundry center is awesome!! It's been relatively empty the few times we've gone. This place is super clean and customer oriented. They always have a pot of coffee going and today they even had a large bucket of red vines for everyone. It happens to be really close to our house - so super convenient. Also, our fave little Italian restaurant is right next door. We came for 2 Friday evening laundry runs - threw our stuff in the wash, went next door for dinner, and then popped back to move stuff to the dryer. It's close to other stuff: Petco, Walgreens, etc. - so you can run errands between cycles too. Today we were there in the afternoon and the attendant was super helpful and friendly! I understand that it's a bit pricier than others - but to us it's absolutely worth it. I typically DREAD trips to the laundry mat because they're often gross and not maintained. So here's the deal. They have ample parking, fancy new machines that charge more than double what other places charge, and a convenient location with free WiFi. What they don't have is manners. So I'm there this afternoon and move my freshly laundered and dry clothing to a table to fold it. Bad move on my part. Apparently I moved it to a "wash and fold" table meaning it was designed for the attendant who does peoples laundry for them. Ok fine, but the kid who rudely told me this was no attendant. He was a douchey millennial, probably the owners son, and he was just standing there and watching football on his phone. He told me I was the rude one for standing next to him when he was literally just standing there and didn't I see him? Yeah, I get it, you were coddled and got a trophy even though you were on the losing team growing up, but I'm going to tell you something your parents haven't because you seem to think standing in one place earns you some sort of entitlement in life: you are a kid and in the real world no one gets special treatment for just existing. No is more special than another even though your parents probably bought you a fancy car and I'm just a lowly customer. And one more thing since we're at it. THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT. the appropriate response to me wrongly standing next to you while you enjoy clips from the game last night would have been to step away from the table so I could have some room to fold my laundry since your laundromat doesn't actually provide enough of them. read more

I never wrote such a long comment, but I have to this time for this particular shop. SHADY BUSINESS. LAUNDRY SCAMMER. IF I COULD RATE 0 I WOULD. The lady there she took advantage of me being not knowing the wash and fold service. Three months ago, I went there and asked the lady who works there, about the service. And she told me that it's $130 for the wash and fold, which is too expensive. So then she told me if I put in the washer myself, then she and give me the price of $1.5 a pound ONLY for drying and folding, and I have to put in the washer myself which I have to pay for the washers. And I have been putting in the washer every time I go there, and pay the cost of the washer, and then she just dry and fold the laundry. It's have being going on for 3 months. Until I talked to the manager two days ago, and learned that it's $1.5 per pound for the full service. And I realized that I have been paying $15 extra for THREE MONTHS! Don't even mention that I've giving her decent tips.. Such a shady, dishonest, ungratefulness going on here. The reason I kept going for three months was because I did not know much about Laundromat, and places around here. Which I was very regret. Also, THE PLACE SMELL LIKE SHIT. some of the machines smell disgusting, I can not even describe the type of smell. One time, after I put money in one of their machines, when I opened it, its smell immediately spread out, I almost faint. I've seeing homeless people come do their laundry here, who know if they clean the machines or not? The answer is obvious here. And I told this lady, she was giving a straight face as usual, but she was telling me to clean it myself. This is my own experience that I want to share with you guys, be cautious. DO NOT GO THERE! This was the worst experience ever!!!!! I usually spend $15 or less for 2 big laundry bags and here I had to spend $30 dollars just for my clothes to still be wet! The first issue I encountered was, my clothes still being soapy. So I put my clothes in another machine but, I asked the lady (Sonia) that the machine didn't rinse my clothes and she stated well what did you put in the machine and I stated well just one comforter and socks and she stated well it's only meant for 20lbs and under. I'm sorry I never thought that a comforter weighed more than 20 lbs. well she made me call her manager because she was not authorized to give me money like that. So I called him and asked for my money back and explained that his employee was not authorized to do that and he asked for me to give my phone to his employee to give me my back. Well I let that go since they had reimbursed me. Well knowing that their washers had such a hard time washing one comforter and some socks I decided to split my clothes into 6 dryers and each comforter into one dryer in total of 8 dryers and I put 4 quarters in each one and guess what happened. If you guys guessed that my clothes was still wet you were totally right!!!! I've been at this laundromat for 3 hours already and my clothes are still not dry. I called the manager stating these issues and he said well it's not our fault you didn't split your clothes. Excuse me sir I usually only use 4 dryers at my usual laundromat. So moral of the story DONT COME HERE!!!!!!!!!! they don't value their customers and definitely need to get new dryers and bigger washers! Oh and if I could ID rate them 0 stars read more

I been using this laundry place for about a year, it's a bit over priced which I didn't mind at FIRST until their machines started to fail over time now only 1 big machine works out of 6 and they never fix it same for dryers only like 6 of them work out of 24 , the staff is rude at least the lady that I asked for help when the machine stole $10 from me , I had put $20 in the machine for coins and only got $10 back... I called the number and the person that answered has a strong accent I could barley understand a word he said but I put that aside trying my best to communicate and explain what happen but he sounded frustrated and told me to come tomorrow I texted him a few times regarding me going over to get my money but he never ever texted back, I went in the laundry Matt and the lady working there didn't want to help me out she looked annoyed when I had told her about my situation and wouldn't give me my money that their machine had stolen, if it was my business I would personally have her fired for how she treated me making me as a loyal customer not want to come back, honestly this place is going down hill and fast I seen it myself, it's never really packed but it's the machines that rarely ever work that's bad and that one employee that made it the last straw for me, i met other staff that were super friendly and kind. Washers don't actually run for 30 minutes. Half of my clothes came out of the washer not even touched by water and it wasn't over stuffed. I dont believe enough water fills the washers because no stains were removed from clothes they were slightly SLIGHTY damp. Won't be coming back. WASTED time read more

If I could rate this laundromat lower, I would. My wife and I have been going here for awhile. We continued to go here after the dryers would burn + melt our clothing. Since offering fluff and fold, we can't use this facility. The unfriendly fluffer/folder runs to machines when she sees customers walking in the door. Sometimes we even have to fight her to use dryers with wet clothes in our cart. Perhaps the owner should invest in a dedicated washer/dryer for the fluff and fold service rather than taking machines from other customers. Or dedicate fluff and fold to off hours or unbusy times. This place is nice and clean. The attendants seem very helpful and were nice. However, it's more expensive than other laundromats I've used and when I tried to login to their wifi several times, it says "user account suspended" which is really annoying. I guess they didn't pay their bill or something? In any case it's definitely fine if you're just doing your laundry, which is what the place is for. If you're looking to entertain yourself or study with the internet while you're here, it may not happen. Glad I brought a trusty book, but that isn't how I planned to spend this chunk of my day. read more
