To add more to my previous review, they always have parking free in front and behind the shop that's great. large parking lot free, no public restroom which is a big downside considering if you have tons of laundry to do. their dryer machines coin portion is often clogged and requires you to bang on it or ask the attendant for assistant. I do wish attendants were faster at emptying out their drop off service loads off the machines as I am often waiting for them to empty out their machines. And the attendants occupy anywhere from 20-60% of the machines sometimes. If not 70% of the larger machines. It seems the attendants are more focus on folding the drop off service clothes so they tend to leave the machines just sitting with clothes inside while DIY customers are waiting for the machines to get emptied out by them read more

I went in not knowing what to expect. I started off doing a load myself, then asked about same day turnaround service- and before 5pm my laundry was done. The cost was very reasonable. My laundry was perfectly folded and placed into a bag for pick up. This was the first time I have ever used a laundry service, and my experience exceeded my expectations. It took a lot of stress off my plate, and allowed me the time I desperately needed to do other important tasks. The space and machines are perfect for any size loads or needs. Maybe their "fluff and fold" service is good, since I see there are many good reviews, but washing myself was a horrible experience here. The employees would not stop staring at me the entire time I was here and even while I was folding my laundry!! Super creepy men working here. I've used Tiffany's Laundry fluff and fold delivery service for years; they have delivered the wrong laundry back to me on multiple occasions but were always responsive and quick to fix the issue within a day. I'd let it slide because I know they're a small business, and my clothes were always returned clean and intact. But in my most recent order, not only did they deliver the wrong laundry at first, but when my clothes were returned, all of the undergarments were missing. Gone. (Six or seven pairs of me undies brand boxers for reference.) I reached out about the issue and and when they admitted they could not locate the missing clothing they offered both a refund for the order *and* a $150 reimbursement for having to replace my lost clothing. Which I thought was fair and I accepted. Then a week passed without the refund or reimbursement coming through, so I texted them again. Magically, as if it had only just been processed, the refund arrived along with a *STORE CREDIT* of $150. I argued that this was not the same as the reimbursement originally offered, and why would I want to continue risking my clothing? The manager calls me and immediately starts yelling at me for being so greedy and taking advantage of a small business. I repeat that the $150 was offered to me, by them, to replace my clothes. He says that I am not very nice and that his team works very hard, and I must apologize via text for daring to suggest I don't trust them or I will get *nothing* and "How would I like that?" So now the reimbursement, THAT THEY OFFERED ME, was being held hostage by a manager on a power trip. Great. Love to support a local business. read more

Tiffany's has always had competitive pricing, but back in the day my clothes used to come back with that amazing freshly washed smell, now they're clean but the joy is gone as there's no clean smell at all. Do Not use them! All my dark clothes came back gray, even after requesting cool H20 and cool dry on their website when I placed my order. I applied the "SAVE10" promo code as advertised on website, but it would not apply. I made several calls to the company to see if they would apply it manually because it would help my large and expensive order. They made no effort to return my calls. I asked the person who picked up clothes to have someone call me and he texted the manager in front of me. The manager did not call me even after I left 3 more voicemails. They clearly used hot dryers and ignored the temperature selections that I chose when my order was placed. When my completely faded clothes were returned, they were folded but stuffed so tightly into a couple of bags that they were all wrinkled and creased. What's the point of having fluff and wrinkle? Were they trying to save bags? In the end, I never got one phone call back about the fake promo code. read more

This was my go-to place for coin laundry for over a month, but I've since realized this laundromat isn't as good as another nearby. For washers, they recently got new machines (yay!) and they are nice stainless steel ones. They have two 6-loaders ($5, a great value) and about 6 4-loaders ($4). I really think they should offer more 4-loaders. There are a lot more 3-loaders as well. Pricing is about right; in fact probably about 50 cents cheaper than other places. My frustrations are with the dryers. These are old machines, and several of them DO NOT have doors that stay shut during the drying cycle. How frustrating is it to watch your clothing TUMBLE OUT onto the dirty floor while you are drying?! The solution is to stand there with your hand on the door keeping it shut, which is ridiculous. It is also frustrating to put the coins into the washers. I have to really shove them in multiple times for them to register with the machine and many times I have to put the eject button and re-insert. At least I didn't get any money swallowed up. The attendant who is always around (and the only reason I'm giving 3 stars not 2 stars) is bilingual in English and Spanish and is super nice. He didn't get mad at me when I was still there close to closing and even has helped me bring laundry to my car. Once, when the washer wasn't working right as no water was coming out and I showed him while it was happening, he told me to let the cycle run and that he would let me get my money back and redo it in the adjacent machine. Very appreciated! There is one TV inside and it's always tuned to a Spanish station. Two small benches inside. No bathroom. There is wi-fi. Parking is tough as there are only like five spaces, shared with the convenience store next door and the popular Mexican restaurant Oaxaca. read more

Their website makes you instantly want to go there.... The Website looks cool, kinda hip. The reality is slightly different. This is not a huge place. Loads of machines, for sure. Free WiFi. Obviously machines to change for quarters. A vending machine with a choice of different detergent brands: at the time of my visit out of order but a service attendant helps me out. A blaring TV makes the job of the service attendent more pleasant. I hope. When I walk inside I am see a lot of blue bags; this tells me there's a lot of drop off laundry at this place. I've decided to try this place with a small load, my own laundromat is closed today. Like I said: the website makes you think you'll walk into a spotless hip nice place. That's not really the case. Lots of machines, but it's not the kind of place where I'd like to wait till my laundry is done. I might come back, but it's not that "inviting," so I can't wait till my laundry is ready. Drop it off or they will pick it up. They will do it for you, at a remarkable 50 cents per lb. Most places I've checked out on the Westside are almost double that price. I took my laundry there today & was shocked that a different man was there & he apologized for the increase in prices. He charged me a 13 # minimum. He said even if I had 5# he still would have charged me the same. I don't like the new owners. I miss the old ones. I usually go in the evening after work. Will likely not return anytime soon, unless I really am short on time & in dire need. If you forget your laundry, they will give you a reminder call. The receipt which is given to you when you drop off your laundry, has another # 310.968.0618. Umm, if I never commuted to & from work, I probably never would have spotted this bargain. It's the upside of being stuck in traffic in L.A. UPDATE on 12-31-07: The price is now up to 85 cents/# with a 13 lb. minimum. They put 20+ lb. of laundry in 1 bag. How am I suppose to carry that upstairs to my place? Ask them to put laundry in separate bags. It's also 99 cents/lb. if they have to come & get it at your place. We use these amazing folks only a few times a year because it's not in our regular budget, but worth it for such a well-done personal service. I used their pick up/drop off service recently and can't recommend it enough. They came right to my door and returned it within 24 hours. THE BEST FLUFF AND FOLD EVER. Don't go anywhere else. Seriously. I am saying this even with two shrunk shirts! Story: After visiting Classic Speedwash (which charged me 53 dollars for 30 pounds of clothes and a dry clean sweater then receiving several shrunk clothes and one with holes) and The Laundry Room of Palms (which was cheap, but returned several wet clothes), I finally found the fluff and fold business I can trust. I have clothes that are hard/expensive to replace and with delicate fabric that have to be hung dry. What I did was separate my hang dry clothes from my dryer friendly clothes in separate orders so that the employees can easily differentiate the two. Their prices are cheap and the service is fast. While Classic Speedwash took them 4 days to return my clothes, Tiffany's did it in one day (even when I brought it in on a Sunday afternoon)! Now the best part is when I discovered two of my new clothes were shrunk. I called the business and received a text message from Ben with the standard prices of the business. When I asked what the temperature of the water was automatically set to, it was explained to me that the water must be set to what a normal household washing machine would deem 'hot' by law (and that's why my shrunk clothes even though I hang dry). When I told him my situation, he immediately called me and said the next time I returned to his business, he would give me a discount for what happened! Compared to the previous customer service I received, this is such a breath of fresh air! There is a reason why this place has such high ratings. Ben really does care about his customers. All I can say is WOW! I randomly stumbled upon Tiffany's last weekend. I walked in to inquire about the cost of duvet cleaning. It's $15 for all sizes! That's it. I couldn't believe it. Before Tiffany's, I was paying between $20 and $30 for my King duvet to be cleaned! Yesterday morning, I brought my King duvet and my roommate's Queen duvet into Tiffany's. As promised, they cost $15 each. I was given the option to pick up same day (at no extra cost!!) I picked it up today and I'm a happy customer. When I dropped the duvets off and picked them back up, each experience was under 3 minutes. Super fast! The woman working yesterday and man working there today were kind and professional. Tiffany's made my mess of a life right now so much easier! I was looking for the cheapest fluff and fold place pretty much anywhere and Tiffany's was advertising 85cents per pound (20lb minimum). Then I went to read reviews and bookmarked it immediately as soon as I saw my darling Corey M's review. This was my first time fluffing and folding and it won't be my last. If I didn't have my own washer and dryer at home this is a luxury I would totally splurge in. They do have same day but she told me next day bc of my load size (47 lbs) and drop off time (6pm). Not a problem. I picked my stuff up 4 days later and happily paid my $42 dollars and loaded up the Prius with three bags full of fluff and folded clothes. My laundry was piling up waiting for the repairs, so I used Tiffany's pickup / delivery laundry service as a last resort. I had an excellent experience--Fast turnaround time, great communication (they text you when picking up or delivering), and everything was washed and folded perfectly! Nice place and got us out of a jam....our home washing machine broke and won't be delivered for 5 days, so we had to look for a laundry mat. This place was clean, quick and easy. Laundry in my apt building is broken so had to go to an outside laundromat. Was recommended this one by my roomate and I was pleasantly surprised. Laundromat is very clean and wash is 20 min for $2.00 which is great for when you're in a rush! Dryer is 10min per quarter and my clothes were perfectly dry with 4 quarters.
