Texted Nick three weeks before moving day. He instantly responded within five minutes. He quoted me based on apartment size and gave me two different options. Two guy or three guy movers. He also offered to get the uhaul scheduled for us. The prompt service was impeccable. Day before move day, Presidents' Day , we talked and reviewed the plans. Sent the addresses, gate code, etc. Nick came 30 mins before scheduled time to look at the parking situation in our apartment. We offered him to come into our house early to check out the "big items" and the items that were most fragile/important to me. At 10 Nick and his two movers began the process. I was worried all our crap wouldn't fit inside. You clearly don't know how much you collect! Nick reassured me that they fit everything like a puzzle piece and that it would fit. He was right! When we got to the new house, which was two stories they moved quickly. I just told them where to put the things and they did it. I do recommend you label your boxes very clearly. I guess some don't, Nick mentioned. Me... being the control freak would write "kids room 1. Toys." Not one item was broken, busted or scratched. It did go over one hour more than what I expected, but I didn't take into account that everything had to go up two flights of stairs. Better then than me! Little did I know that they also will hang items and assemble things too. We had them hang a 25 pound wood carving art piece and then assemble the girls beds for us. Definitely made it easier on us to the little things once the left. The three of them were very fast, friendly and most importantly professional. I can't say enough good things about Moving Buddies. Not only did they fit the move in last minute on the day before Christmas(!!!), they were just all-around awesome. Absolutely the best moving experience I've ever had of 5 moves in Las Vegas. The 3 man crew showed up on time and ready to work. They were incredible. Friendly and no attitudes! Super cool crew. I really didn't have to supervise the load; just a walk thru pointing out what needed loaded. They didn't slow down until I insisted they eat lunch. They absolutely insisted on ensuring all boxes went to the proper rooms. We had two items with minor damage but Andrew was upfront and honest immediately. It wasn't anything that was their fault; more my packing method but I appreciated that they were forthright. Their rates were crazy good and I had no problem tipping them extra for a job well done.
