Searching for repair professionals near Roseburg we found Higher Dimensions on google. Higher Dimensions was able to fix the recliner issue and the chairs sit perfectly now. We had a drawer rebuilt by a cabinet shop in California, and hadn't t tried to reinstall it yet. When we did we discovered it was made it 1/8" too wide. Jesse, at Higher Dimensions was able to fix that issue also. They also replaced the screen in our RVs screen door. No job was too small. Wasn't sure they worked in RVs and Travel Trailers but they took on the jobs and completed them fast. If you need a licensed and insured contractor to do repairs, look no further. They aren't just for home repairs, they did a fantastic job on our RV.

We even scheduled a repair with him on some other damage so his shop would get the money. Not even 24hrs later the repair he was proud about bubbled out in the rain on both sides. The generator didn't work ike he promised and he stated he would make it right to bring it back. My husband took another day off from work and drove it back up, THEN TIRE SIDE BLEW OFF AND ALmOST HIT AN OSP OFFICER ON THE FREEWAY!! Upon arriving steve fish told my husband where to park and proceeded inside. Things got heated and him and his wife janet kicked him off the property and told us they would not repair it or give us our money back. His wife is a horrible human being and went as far as to lie and say she was there during the transaction (she was not). I have filed a suit and feel confident I will get my money back because no judge is going to allow someone to treat people like this. Please do yourself a favor and run from this place.

I am disappointed in a couple of things that keep coming up: The showers and bathrooms are not very clean. They seem to get a light cleaning regularly, but not a deep scrub, and the smell of mold/mildew is persistent. ***Owners took off door stops to showers residents used to he8lp air them out, and now it's almost impossible to breath in the showers because the mold/mildew smell is so strong. There is a huge issue with garbage-there isn't enough dumpsters or they don't get picked up often enough, so there is always garbage outside of the dumpster until the host comes and jumps on it to make it compact down enough to fit (OSHA hazard!!) Water is a huge issue in this park, between the owners being upset with how much we use in our spaces to the sprinklers not watering grass but the road we drive in to the fact that drinking the tap water actually gives me heartburn! I am so excited to see this place continue to improve, from what I understand this place used to have a lot of problems but honestly those are the only issues I see! The host did try hard to be on top of all the details, and was always open to hearing what's going on in the park. ***There is no longer any host to the park because of "Covid-19 restrictions" being imposed on businesses. It's all faceless and online to book a stay, and there is an email posted and message phone for contacting the owners for any issues.

Come to find out, after an hour on the phone, Good Sam doesn't cover that area, AAA doesn't cover RV's, and several towing services also don't cover that area or don't service RV's. So we decided to try to drive to the next town 23 miles away and hope we could find a garage in the morning. 10 miles or so down the road was a big truck stop, so we pulled off, and as we drive up to it see Economy Towing. We pulled into their lot, called the # on the sign for after hours help, and within 10 minutes, two people were there to take care of us. Not only were they friendly and efficient, they had the exact replacement tire in stock! They had us taken care of and on our way in less than an hour! Definitely call Economy if you need roadside assistance in this area of Oregon! They are the bomb!!!
