While making my way through the shopping plaza on Federal Hwy, I was poached by Eric, who told me about their new pizza restaurant and offered a free pizza. I am never one to turn down pizza, let alone from someone who clearly cares about his new establishment. So, after shopping a little I made my way to Sosta Due. The ambiance and vibes were instantly cool and charming. Everyone inside was friendly and I struck up conversation with some other folks who were ordering their free pizza. I got a Margherita pizza which looked delicious and tasted just how it looked. The crust was nice and had the perfect chew. The toppings were evenly spread and everything tasted fresh. Overall, Sosta Due is a welcomed new addition to the pizza scene in Fort Lauderdale and I can't wait to go back.

Really similar pizza to good pizza from italy but honestly was not worth how bad the vibes were in there , the owner said he would comp our meal because they forgot the ticket and we waited 30 minutes never got out appetizer but when he just took pizzas from someone elses order and gave to us and gave me the full check still lol , (after try to upsell us on an appetizer) just a very weak move , he would introduce himself to customers but just really uninviting service would tell pick up orders to wait outside some to sit at the bar and wait was really odd , if you really like an authentic neo style super light pizza pick up and dont sit in , really dissapointed and left me and my gf both with a bad feeling after

Margherita and Salsiccia in the back.

Really good, authentic Italian pizza, light and flavorful. The service was excellent, and the restaurant is beautifully decorated. Definitely worth a visit! A rare gem in the area!

Fantastic Neapolitan pizza. Small and simple menu. Friendly owner. I recommend the margarita pizza, but the sausage pizza looked good and was popular, as well. Interior is small and only hours after 5pm but it sounds like they will be expanding outdoors and possibly considering lunch hours in the future. I highly recommend!

Pizza was delicious. Small intimate spot, very clean and well decorated. They blast good music so the vibe is great in there. Service was fine, you can tell they are new so they are still trying to work out some kinks with timing but overall had a great experience. They don't have wine and spirits yet but they are working on adding them. I would say the pizza is crave-able, we have a lot of restaurants in Fort Lauderdale that have good food but you don't necessarily crave it again, you will want to revisit this spot.

The pizza was great! Great crust and great flavor! I was coming out of target and talking about what we were going to have for dinner and we were offered a pizza to try out. I felt like I hit the lotto, couldn't believe it, no other pizza place is doing this! When I took one bit of that thing I couldn't stop! So so good! Thank you!

I don't like writing negative reviews, especially because I had previously enjoyed this restaurant…read moreand even recommended it to friends. I'm often the person my group relies on to choose restaurants, so I was genuinely excited to have our group meet here based on my past experiences and what I thought would be a great atmosphere for watching a game. Unfortunately, after this experience, I won't be returning, as the interaction with management completely overshadowed everything else. I organized a reservation for a party of 10 after learning that an industry colleague was planning corporate group outings at the restaurant. The restaurant also heavily promotes itself as a destination for watching sporting events and accommodating large groups, which made it feel like a perfect fit. I made the reservation several days in advance and received both email and text confirmations, including a separate text from a manager confirming our party of 10. One member of our group arrived early with a few friends and began ordering food and drinks while waiting for the rest of the party. They also asked if our tables could be seated near each other once everyone arrived. It was at that point that the situation began to deteriorate. The manager insisted there was no reservation for 10 people and claimed the system only showed five, despite the confirmations we had on hand. Another member of our group who also had a reservation for 10 attempted to clarify this but was told by the general manager that he "didn't care what the confirmations showed" and that he had the final say. When several members of our group called the restaurant to try to resolve the issue--since we were actively arranging Ubers and wanted to clarify before heading over--the conversation became increasingly confrontational. Instead of attempting to understand the discrepancy or offer any solution, the same dismissive tone continued. I also called myself in an effort to de-escalate, but was met with an unprofessional and condescending response, with the manager stating he was not going to tolerate our party's behavior and abruptly saying, "I just cancelled your reservation." Having worked in and around the restaurant industry and growing up with a father who was a chef and restaurant owner, I understand that mistakes happen and systems aren't perfect. I've also worked in multiple roles within the industry, so I'm familiar with how these situations are typically handled, and I've never encountered that level of hostility directed at guests over a reservation issue. What I don't understand is meeting paying customers with hostility instead of professionalism. A simple willingness to investigate or problem-solve could have completely changed the outcome. Since we were unable to have a productive conversation with the manager, the friends who were already seated left. The rest of us Ubered to meet them elsewhere, and our group ultimately spent the rest of the evening, and our business, somewhere else instead. It's especially disappointing because the food has always been good, which makes the experience even more frustrating. Customer service starts at the top, and unfortunately, the interaction with management overshadowed everything else. I sincerely hope ownership takes this feedback seriously, as the restaurant clearly has potential. Based on this experience, and reflecting concerns others have raised as well, I can't recommend it for large group reservations.

We're in a hotel room with just running water and a microwave. Thank you for making it that much more sloppy to eat. Worse yet, their driver apparently couldn't be bothered to meet me in person. He was in such a hurry around 1100pm to have simply left my pizza balanced on the gate to a publicly accessible hotel--for anyone to take. And I paid a gratuity for that level of service. I'll be sure to remember and share my experience with others at Patio Bar & Pizza in the same spirit.

With kid's portion penne Alfredo (I wanted to try their pasta), avocado salad, and calamari appetizer. Both pizzas were very good, I strongly recommend it to everyone. Their pasta is also good, even for the kid's menu the portion was generous and the price fair. The only thing I don't really recommend is the avocado salad. Yes we were a party of three so we finished most of the salad but the flavor just wasn't there and the texture was off for me too. The avocado is mushy and discolored, and I personally prefer the sliced or diced avocados for avocado salad. The parking is limited so get there early or on a slower day. I think I would recommend this place to others and be back again in the future.

Service! My husband called to ask if they had lunch specials…read moreand they said they did until 4pm. We walk over, sit down and ask what the lunch specials are and the waitress says they don't have any. When we told her we had called she said well the only special is the personal 8" pizza with up to 3 toppings. Then she says there is a lunch size house or cesar salad. There are no lunch prices listed anywhere. When we ask her for the prices, she has to look it up on her handheld ordering machine. She says the salads are $7.95 and the pizzas are $8.95 with up to 3 toppings. We each order a lunch salad and a personal pizza with up to 3 toppings. Salad was a good size. Pizza was OK. Very thin and very light on toppings. When we get the bill, it is higher than we thought. But my husband pays. I look at the itemized receipt and see that we were charged $1.50 per topping. I ask her about the bill and remind her she said the pizza was $8.95 with up to 3 toppings. She says, yes but the toppings are $1.50 each. I tell her she never said that and how am I supposed to know. And if I am paying for the toppings, why would you limit me to 3? It doesn't make sense. She said she was sorry but didn't offer anything to make it right. I shook my head, laughed and walked out. Total bait and switch. Never going there again.
