I love that they pre-scrub our cars getting all the bugs off. They make sure it's super clean before we drive through. My husband loves all the attachments for the vacuum, clean dry rags, etc. All the attendants are super friendly and I've never had an issue with my car not coming out clean. He asked if I had been there and when I said no, he explained everything to me. I went inside to pay and spoke to several other employees. Each of them were as friendly and funny as the rest. While waiting, I took some time to look around the facility. I was surprised by how clean it was. Even the men's bathroom was pretty clean. I drive through dusty areas every day. They did a great job for what I consider not much cost. My truck looked as good as it did when I left the dealership! And it was fast. If I lived closer, I would have bought the membership. As it is, I'll definitely be stopping in anytime I find myself in Bakersfield.

I was expecting a long wait but my car was checked in & out the wash and completely done in just over 10 minutes. I was amazed! Such efficiency! They have a clean well stocked lobby. Plenty of customer seating. The bathroom was clean and well maintained. You can have your oil changed with maintenance services as well. A variety of car cleaning options. For the price of 1 manned car wash you get unlimited car washing for a month, with 3 different plans to choose from. There is an automatic renewal every month. If you wish to exit your plan you just go in and get the help of an assistant to discontinue your plan. Yes you do have to do your own interior vacuum & clean but as everything gets more expensive I don't mind a little extra labor. Another thing I like about this location is that there is a bit of shade in the vacuum area which I'm sure is helpful during the summer. It was quick and my car was (mostly) clean and dry when I left. I do wish they paid more attention to the windshield. I'd really like if they did more than just spray cleaner. Most of the time they can't spray the whole vehicle because it starts moving and they aren't moving quick enough. They should stop the rollers then spray then start the rollers again. Also the track never pushes your car all the way through the end it leaves you stuck halfway past the blowers and if you don't put you vehicle back in gear then the blowers timeout and leave your car wet. The vacuum stations need help too there are only a couple hoses hooked up. The suction is almost nonexistent because they have the wrong kind of nozzle which doesn't fit their equipment properly and leaks all of the vacuum. Like I said it could be great if the owner would show it more attention.
