So glad I found this spot. We were driving through on the way home and there was nothing I saw that was healthy...checked on Yelp and there they were! The young ladies were super nice. The decor is cozy and cute. I would definitely hang out here if I lived here. I ordered a Spirit bowl and two smoothies. My hubby got the Power smoothie with Kale and his was great. I got the Sense smoothie. I liked it a lot but wish I had gotten something green. My bowl was awesome. Had a nice bit of granola with each bite, which is what I love. As a simple parfait, I don't know why it's that good, special-magic honey used maybe, but it is! I wasn't quite ready to go full-on açaí, but I wanted a close, more familiar second on my first visit. The hubs ordered a giant "Body" açaí bowl and loved it. I tasted his and it was pretty good sans the banana-- but that's just me. I have never experienced a worse customer experience. Soul Bowlz is my favorite place to have an açaí bowl and today was my first to visit the Springhill location. The cafe is decorated beautifully with several comfy sofas and a few table and chairs. I had the karma açaí large cup which consisted of the açaí sorbet together with granola and peanut butter topped with strawberries and bananas. My husband had the large body cup which was also an açaí sorbet with granola topped with strawberries, blueberries and bananas. Music was playing in the restaurant which added a nice touch. Worker made a mistake on my order and the manager told me that I had to do a better job at communicating next time. She argued with me that her worker repeated my order back to me (not the case at all) and that I should have told them it was wrong at that time. I explained that I wouldn't have walked away w the wrong order after paying almost $30 for two bowlz if I would have noticed it was wrong... her comment was "I hear two different stories and I believe my employee". Totally disappointed in the food, staff, and lack of customer service. Ordered a Karma bowl minus peanut butter and granola and added almond butter. Got the bowl and after two bites, had an itchy nose (maybe it was just my imagination) but then noticed the Allergen sticker that said peanuts. You can see it in the picture. She brought while I was on the phone. When I got off the phone, I asked to remake it and she said it was made with almond butter that they just put the sticker on it anyway. Now if you have an allergy or sensitivity, being certain is not an option. I told her I would've come up sooner but had to finish the call so it melted. I have been here several times and always got the same smoothie bowl. The third time I went the smoothie bowl was sour instead of sweet. I told the cashier about that and she didn't do anything about it and responded that is the way they do it.
