Cute and welcoming coffee spot with an assortment of fun lattes! I ordered the fruit loop matcha latte that tasted just like the name and was delicious! My friend ordered the brown sugar latte which she enjoyed. Highly recommend!

I ordered 5 coffees one morning, and all the register guy did was write a few names on some cups and placed it down. I understand tipping culture is a divided topic of discussion, but at the end of the day, it is OPTIONAL. After pressing the skip button from what I believe to be non-tip worthy service, he threw a fit and said "Wow you're serious? After I did all that?" Meanwhile all he did was write names on cups. Now I would understand if he was the barista working hard to pump out the coffees, but two lovely ladies were in the back doing that. He shooed me and my friend out of line as we were still processing what he just said. The next customer orders and he had the audacity to talk about us to them while we're 5 feet away. Delusional as he was, he had the nerve to say we were holding up the line and made him do "all that work", and I could promise you, we knew exactly what we wanted to order the second we got up, and took no longer than 45 seconds. We also witnessed he got into it with another customer, so it seems like he's the problem here. Most wild service I have ever received, all for some milky coffees. I ended up tipping the lovely ladies in the back though. Be warned. There are much better spots.

I really like the look of the inside, it's very aesthetic and will likely appeal to these young American Tik Tok/IG girls. However, as Chicago's first Pakistani-themed cafe, I was hoping for a more authentic experience. I know their menu is half American and half Pakistani. I think 95% Pakistani would have been better. The pancakes, French toast, chicken cajun pasta, and chicken club sandwich, people can get that literally anywhere. The Pakistani food you can't. I ordered the paratha smash burger and honey cardamom matcha hot. The honey cardamom was great, not very sweet at all. The paratha was crispy and the smash burger was juicy. I really enjoyed the sauce on top of the burger. I would definitely come back here for that. Service was very friendly and helpful. I would give this place a 4. I would really love to see more Pakistani food on the menu as well as advertised on your social media. The Americanized food catering to Americans doesn't do the Pakistani culture justice.

Let me start by saying this isn't just a coffee shop- they have a fun brunch menu of southeast Asian inspired dishes to compliment coffee, chai, and match flavors! They have some unique combinations of chai and matcha which is great! I have had their rose chai and their honey lavendar matchas. Their puri puris was a delicious snack! They also have. Such a fun and unique touch, especially if you're visiting Chicago and want a little souvenir. I ordered the iced mocha latte with Nutella, and it was really good, but it took about 15 minutes to prepare even though it wasn't busy. I actually tried to visit the day before in the afternoon, and although the line wasn't crazy, it barely moved, so I decided to come back the next morning. They close at 10pm and let the line know that they will not be offering dining in after 9:30pm. So if you are in the line, you will need to do a to-go. This also was not a problem with me. I understand they want to go home and I came late. I finally got in and we did the ordering on the kiosk. They were out of a lot of things but again, it was the end of the night so that was to be expected. They didn't have anything posted - as far as I could see - or giving any menus BEFORE ordering at a table or to-go which would have made the experience quicker. What I really had a problem with was the orders. I ordered a fruit plate with Nutella and my husband ordered a scoop of ice cream with Nutella. They literally gave him the tiniest scoop of ice cream I ever saw, with barely any Nutella. This tiny cup was over $8. You could have ate it in 1 spoonful - not even kidding. The fruit plate itself was a decent size with very fresh fruit but again, barely any Nutella. I believe the fruit plate was $12 or $13. The whole purpose of the cafe is NUTELLA, yet they barely give you any. Overall, it was alright. You could make any of these items at home with a jar of Nutella. I wouldn't recommend or go back - just do it yourself.

Upon entering the establishment, I couldn't help but notice the ombre colored walls and combined with the chandeliers as well as the pink bistro tables the aesthetics were overall, very impressive. The owner Lauren, patiently explained all of the available treatments and due to the amount of stress I had been under, I was eager to relax and to quiet my mind. I was only in town for a short time, so she graciously worked me into a couple of sessions. I started with the vibroacoustic sensory lounge followed by the red light therapy and finally ended with the quantum crystal bed with biomat. For the first time in weeks, my mind, body and soul were totally relaxed. By the time I left, I was drunk on relaxation and it felt great! I slept like a baby for the next two nights! I really appreciated the unique variety of non alcoholic cocktails and adaptogen beverages available for purchase. If you have not stopped by, do your body a favor and treat yourself.

I got the cookies & dream ice cream, which was ok - I couldn't pinpoint what was overpowering the ingredients, but it was unfortunately prominent and lingering. Minus the ice cream, I'm primarily giving this a 3 because of the clean, beautiful space (TVs, games, group and lounge seating abound) and the empanadas. My birria one was phenomenal, and my husband's spinach one was really good. They alone are worth coming back for. One last thing - 2 milkshakes, a scoop of ice cream and a milkshake cost us nearly $50.

Meh. I stopped in…read morebecause I wanted to support a local business but left feeling shafted. The product provided wasn't worth the price in my opinion. I ordered the strawberry letter 43 which was supposed to consist of strawberry ice cream, graham crackers, and pound cake. I wanted vanilla ice cream instead, which they swapped out without a problem. The ice cream didn't have much flavor and was much too sweet. There weren't any graham crackers either. They sprinkle the dust from the graham crackers on top of the ice cream. You're not actually being served graham crackers, which is false advertising. Lastly, the pound cake was dry and hard. It was so hard that it was flaky rather than being moist. It's doubtful that it was homemade either. It's more likely that it came out of a plastic, single-serve container. I took four bites before tossing it all in the trash. My sister had the mango and key lime sorbet on a waffle cone. She opted to skip the toppings. She liked the sorbet but not enough to be a repeat customer. She said the waffle cone was too thin. It broke into several pieces when she lifted it out of the plastic cup to rotate it. The inside of the ice cream shop is cute. There's a large flat-screen TV and there were games on some of the tables. They were playing 90s pop hits on the sound system which added to the vibe. The space is comfortable, and it's clear that someone paid attention to the details, but the product they're serving is lackluster. You're better off going to Baskin Robbins, where you can get two double scoops for twelve dollars. It's a national chain but you're getting a better value for your money. We paid $21 for two single scoops, which for us ended up being a waste of money. Nitro was definitely a one and done experience. I'll stick with Sugar Shack, Kilwins, or Runaway Cow.
