BANANA PUDDING BISCOFF ICE CREAM!!! That's a whole sentence in itself with how good that ice cream flavor was -- and that's coming from someone who doesn't even like banana pudding like that. DELICIOUS! * Made-to-order ice cream in 8 minutes or less * Delicious flavors (spiked is an option) * Fresh empanadas * Free board games * Photo ops * & more!

Nice neighborhood spot. You will have to wait a bit while the staff prepare your order. A bit overpriced tho. $8.50 for one scoop of ice cream, $1.25 extra for the waffle cone. The waffle cone broke off way too easily. The sorbet was good, a little sweet but I figured it was due to the flavors I selected. I opted not to get any toppings. I highly doubt that I'll ever visit this place again. Nice touch adding the games.

This is a funky ice cream shop in Bronzeville that I enjoyed. I stopped in after work and grabbed the Happy Feelin' which had apples, walnuts and a Carmel drizzle and my fiancé had Brownie Nights with brownie pieces, chocolate chips and drizzle. The base ice cream is creamy but still light which is great for so it doesn't feel heavy in my stomach. You can choose from a dairy or vegan base. The space is bright and colorful. There is table seating, couches and comfy chairs. We took advantage of the games while waiting for our ice cream and played Simon! There are children's books and coloring books as well. The two TV's played Peppa Pig and Gladiator. I would definitely recommend this place. It's a great spot for a game night with friends or for kids.

Speaking of nostalgia, I thought of the scene in the movie Pulp Fiction where John Travolta asks Uma Thurman, 'DId you just order at $12 Milkshake??' at a 50's themed diner! He marveled that is a milkshake just ice cream and milk?? There is WAAAY more happening here! The cones themselves are $12, the milkshakes are $14, but they are hand made to order. It's not just scooping ice cream and putting it in a mixer. They use some kind of device that freezes the ingredients on the spot. One can choose Vegan or 'regular', ice cream, along with flavors and toppings. There are specific combos or you can choose your own combo. The names are the nostalgic part, with references to popular music from the 70s and 80s. (Never mind how many references I got!) If you are not familiar with singer Sade and Sweetest Taboo, you can instantly look for it via Google or Pandora or something and find out why a flavor is named after this amazing song. I got the Copa Cabana (Barry Manilow's song) with key lime flavor, coconut shavings, and graham cracker bits. My party got the Sweetest Taboo. We browsed the shop while we waited. Its not like Baskin Robbins or Kilwins where you can see the ice cream, but it's still a good experience. I liked the tables, tv, and games, (the oversized 'Uno' cards were so funny) but I have to say the 'Holiday' trees in July were rather confusing. Are they meant to provide all-year-round cheer, or just holdovers from last year? We intended to eat while walking so we did not play any games. Since I asked for Vegan the consistency was cold and frozen but not 'creamy' but I'm ok with that. The flavors were very good, and the portion size was fine. I also got a beef empanada to go. A rather odd combo for an 'ice cream shop' but I get we do not live by sugar alone! I enjoyed it later, it was flaky and filled with good meat flavors. Next time I go I'll get the ALCOHOL option (did I forget to mention that?) and maybe relax over a game, but it'll have to be a payday week!

The place is really cute with plenty of seats and a variety of card and board games to play while you wait for your ice cream. The customer service was excellent, everyone was nice and their suggestions were on point. I went with their vegan option (vanilla base with brown sugar, salted caramel drizzle and pecans) my daughter had their dairy option (strawberry ice cream with pound cake and graham cracker crumbles). It took about 10 minutes for them to create these delicious treats. We will return!

Our friends took us here while we were visiting them in Chicago. It was a great idea after dinner to kill some time before our evening plans. Super cute decor & deliciously warm inviting smells upon entrance. Owner was taking orders & was very friendly. He answered questions & gave feedback. I went with a menu item, Sweetest Taboo. My husband & one of our friends opted for non-dairy options. While we waited we accessed a board game & sat at a table. Great idea for board games to just interact & hangout! More spots like this are needed. Music was also playing, so overall vibe was chill & easy. Decorated trees were a neat addition. I absolutely loved my ice cream! Prices are not cheap, but worth the experience. I wouldn't spend that much on Ice cream normally, but when in Chicago...turn up!

I wanted to like this place but there's several factors that have me rating it as I did. The ice cream took about a half hour, I paid $50 for 3 items & the ice cream had the consistency of ice. The flavors were also sort of muted imho. I could definitely taste the honey bourbon but as far as the actual ice cream components go I couldn't honestly say this is a must for anyone. Twas only my 2nd experience with boozy ice cream but now I think that ship has sailed.

I was walking around the area with an hour to kill, and I'm glad I stumbled upon this place! The interior is a vibrant collection of pastel shades which imbues the space with a fun energy. Every ice cream is made to order with a liquid nitrogen infusion. Staff was very pleasant and willing to answer questions. I enjoyed a peach cobbler milkshake - creamy, spiced and delicious

I ordered 5 coffees one morning, and all the register guy did was write a few names on some cups and placed it down. I understand tipping culture is a divided topic of discussion, but at the end of the day, it is OPTIONAL. After pressing the skip button from what I believe to be non-tip worthy service, he threw a fit and said "Wow you're serious? After I did all that?" Meanwhile all he did was write names on cups. Now I would understand if he was the barista working hard to pump out the coffees, but two lovely ladies were in the back doing that. He shooed me and my friend out of line as we were still processing what he just said. The next customer orders and he had the audacity to talk about us to them while we're 5 feet away. Delusional as he was, he had the nerve to say we were holding up the line and made him do "all that work", and I could promise you, we knew exactly what we wanted to order the second we got up, and took no longer than 45 seconds. We also witnessed he got into it with another customer, so it seems like he's the problem here. Most wild service I have ever received, all for some milky coffees. I ended up tipping the lovely ladies in the back though. Be warned. There are much better spots.

Such a fun and unique touch, especially if you're visiting Chicago and want a little souvenir. I ordered the iced mocha latte with Nutella, and it was really good, but it took about 15 minutes to prepare even though it wasn't busy. I actually tried to visit the day before in the afternoon, and although the line wasn't crazy, it barely moved, so I decided to come back the next morning. My advice: go early in the morning if you want to avoid long waits. Overall, it's a fun stop for Nutella fans, especially for the personalized jar!

They close at 10pm and let the line know that they will not be offering dining in after 9:30pm. So if you are in the line, you will need to do a to-go. This also was not a problem with me. I understand they want to go home and I came late. I finally got in and we did the ordering on the kiosk. They were out of a lot of things but again, it was the end of the night so that was to be expected. They didn't have anything posted - as far as I could see - or giving any menus BEFORE ordering at a table or to-go which would have made the experience quicker. What I really had a problem with was the orders. I ordered a fruit plate with Nutella and my husband ordered a scoop of ice cream with Nutella. They literally gave him the tiniest scoop of ice cream I ever saw, with barely any Nutella. This tiny cup was over $8. You could have ate it in 1 spoonful - not even kidding. The fruit plate itself was a decent size with very fresh fruit but again, barely any Nutella. I believe the fruit plate was $12 or $13. The whole purpose of the cafe is NUTELLA, yet they barely give you any. Overall, it was alright. You could make any of these items at home with a jar of Nutella. I wouldn't recommend or go back - just do it yourself.

I was only in town for a short time, so she graciously worked me into a couple of sessions. I started with the vibroacoustic sensory lounge followed by the red light therapy and finally ended with the quantum crystal bed with biomat.
