I had a really good experience at 3 Arts. I wasn't able to get a reservation for Sunday brunch, so we made sure to arrive before opening. There was already a small line of guests with the same idea, but we were able to get on the waitlist. While waiting, we checked out the small coffee shop inside the gallery and browsed the furniture, which helped pass the time. Our wait was about an hour before being escorted to our table in the courtyard. Initially, we were placed at a low coffee table with couch seating. It's a cool lounge style setup, especially for drinks, but not ideal for a meal. It would have been pretty awkward trying to eat comfortably. We asked to be moved and were told that table preferences should be requested when joining the waitlist. Since it was my first time visiting, I wasn't aware of that, and it also wasn't asked by the hostess. Thankfully, they were able to accommodate us and moved us to a table in the wine cellar. The wine cellar had a completely different vibe, dark and moody, compared to the bright, airy courtyard with its beautiful glass ceiling and natural light. We ordered the lobster roll and the RH Burger, both with fries. The food came out fairly quickly and was well-presented. The lobster roll was served on a buttery brioche with just the right amount of seasoning, and the burger was juicy and flavorful. Went with friends for an evening dinner in a cool atmosphere. We were not to disappointed there. Was a beautiful rainy Chicago night. Unfortunately for us we were a table for 3 and despite having mad that reservation weeks in advance were placed in what was obviously just 2 two tops pushed together. And not in the main atrium area. Look it was still a beautiful atmosphere and our company made it a lovely evening. Why don't they have a liquor license here? Ok the food. The burrata salad, so nice and summer fresh. We also had the crispy artichokes meh. What saved my night was the chicken salad. The crispy bits...amazing all through the salad. So good. Let's talk dessert, the butterscotch crème brûlée so good. Coffee and a port wine.... Good, but where is the cheese board. This place would benefit from real liquor and a desert cheese board. I'm not from Chicago so this was a really cute spot to be in, definitely IG worthy. They have a limited menu. I got the Caesar salad salad with some sweet potato fries. And my friend got the Chinese chicken salad. I think I got a basic menu so it wasn't amazing but it was good. I just came here for the views honestly, I saw it on TikTok so I wanted to come here since I'm from Houston. Upstairs, they have all of the furniture that you can buy and cute views as well. While driving to the city, we called the restaurant 20 minutes before they opened to see if we could get a table for two, and we were graciously seated by 10:15 am. Seated by the fountain, our table for two was still able to converse comfortably next to the sound of the water. Our server, Ally, answered all of our questions with patience. We ordered four mini lobster rolls with caviar, honey-glazed salmon, and the truffle fries. The fries were delicious! The mini lobster rolls were good, but I don't think the caviar made a huge impact, granted it was our first time eating caviar. I would order the big lobster roll next time without caviar. The honey-glazed salmon had perfect potatoes, but the salmon needed a bigger flavor punch; the honey glaze did not stand out. We ordered two lattes that were amazing! Had an amazing experience! The truffle fries had cheese in every layer so you never felt like it was under seasoned. We had gotten the eggs Benedict and this by far was the best one I have ever had. The arugula salad was a great addition to the saltiness with a little cheese over the eggs. We also got the burrata with roasted peppers that surprisingly added a tasty salty and sweet taste. The ambiance is as amazing as years ago! But i think the food tasted better this time! We came here to celebrate a bday and ordered several items. Almost everything tasted fantastic! The grilled shrimp exceed expectation - it was very fresh, flavorful and NOT DRY at all! The baguette was warm and soft. My little picky eater had a whole loaf himself... The other lunch/brunch items were mostly great! All the meat was juicy and flavorful. Sandwich was also loaded with meat, but lobster wasn't a bit under expectation, maybe a bit bland? What a gorgeous dining experience!! RH is absolutely beautiful and they definitely know how to do interior designing right. I went there for brunch and got the Italian eggs Benedict, lobster roll, and arugula salad. The egg Benedict was incredibly salty, I was wincing as I ate it. The arugula salad was chefs kiss. If you want to impress someone, try 3 Arts Club Cafe at RH. Roll out the red carpet and valet. This interior courtyard cafe located inside RH is immaculately beautiful. The building and the showrooms itself is like a museum. After walking the showroom floors, each floor was empty but this cafe was full. Super classy looking which is the reason why I came in jeans, t-shirt and jacket. Lol. The glazed atrium roof, fountain and glass chandeliers and olive trees make for perfect photos in Architectural Digest and RH catalog. So, like any classy place, I ordered a burger with coffee. Burgers are a must in Chicago. Chicago has great quality Mid West beef. This burger was solid. RH Burger is simple but very good. I came here to celebrate my friend's birthday. We got a table with the couches. It fit 8 of us nicely. The table was nice and large. The view was amazing. I will say that the food... could be better for the price. The burger was salty and the fries were over done. My other friend got a sandwich with the bread being almost all burnt. When we asked for another piece, it did take awhile before it was served. Drinks... are more on the bitter side if you order coffee. Some of my friends enjoyed it whereas some of my friends wish it was sweeter. Def communicate with your server if you have anything to change. Located inside a Restoration Hardware, the entrance to the restaurant was super chic and the staff was super friendly and helpful with checking us in (definitely make a reservation!). Inside, the restaurant is so stunning and bright with natural light and relaxing. The menu is pretty pricey so be forewarned and it is a very limited menu on the weekdays but there was still something for everyone to order. (I wish the breakfast menu was larger!) I had an iced chai which was delicious. I got the RH scramble which absolutely blew me away. The eggs were the most perfect soft scramble. I loved the creme fraiche with the flaky salt on top and the bread was nice and crusty. I got a side of bacon as well (also a pricey side) but the bacon was also cooked extremely well with the perfect amount of crunch and fat. This place started filling up fast so I recommend a reservation if you go during busier times or have a big party. Extremely pretty venue and one of the best things about it. We got sat in one of the low tables which is fine and ordered two dishes. We got the American breakfast and the Italian Benedict. Our server was ok there wasn't anything super memorable in our opinion. The food was ok but for the price point you would expect something a little more. Don't get me wrong it's not bad but portions are a bit slim and we are big backs. The egg however was perfectly cooked and to quote my bf had a "clean" taste. Whatever that means? The food was spectacular! Everything felt so elegant and fresh! We got a ton of appetizers to share, and I specifically loved the mini lobster rolls with caviar. You can really taste how fresh and high quality the caviar was. My main dish was the ribeye dip, and it was pretty good. The meat was juicy and the dip was very warm and savory. The service was top notch! Our server was so friendly, and she always made sure to check-in with us. Additionally, she brought out a birthday banana split since we were celebrating two birthdays. This was a very tasty experience with an amazing ambiance! I was able to get a reservation for 4 people for a Tuesday at 7:30pm on the Sunday before. We were seated immediately at a beautiful stone table. We ordered the burrata, truffle fries, salmon, slow cooked chicken, lobster roll, and chicken club. The burrata was delicious, served with toasted bread and roasted peppers that complimented the cheese perfectly. The truffle fries tasted as though they were coated in actual truffles and had Parmesan as well, which was delicious with the aioli. The salmon was perfectly cooked, though was a little salty on the top crust. The lobster roll was good, though I would've liked a little bit more lobster for how much bread there was. This place is beautiful. It is very Instagramable, and many people were taking pictures throughout our stay, setting off flashes that were a little annoying. I always enjoy coming here! I had friends visiting from Indiana, and they absolutely loved it. The atmosphere, service, and food were all exceptional. I had the roasted chicken club, and the Black Forest bacon on it was so good. The chicken was perfectly cooked, juicy and flavorful. My friends had the burger, Caesar salad, and truffle fries. You can definitely tell they use a generous amount of truffle on the fries. I was a little skeptical about the price at first, but it was totally worth it after trying them. We also wanted to take a group photo, and the hostess was kind enough to take it for us! She snapped several great shots and even made sure we liked them before walking away, such a thoughtful touch. This was one of the most disappointing restaurant experiences I've had in a long time. We made a reservation for a party of 10 and were split into two separate tables. Instead of making us feel welcome, Dana (the manager/host/whatever role she has there) was dismissive, rude, and made it seem like we were inconveniencing the restaurant. Customer service starts at the door, and this place failed immediately. Then came the "salad." Calling it a salad is generous. It was literally a head of butter lettuce cut in half with dressing poured into the middle and almost no effort put into it. It looked lazy, unfinished, and completely out of place for a restaurant that presents itself as "upscale". If this is the standard they're proud of, they need to raise the bar. The only reason this review isn't entirely negative is because our server, Navy, was excellent. He was friendly, attentive, and professional throughout the meal. He deserved far better than having to represent an experience like this. Unfortunately, one good server can't make up for poor management, disappointing execution, and a restaurant that seems more focused on its image than on delivering quality food and hospitality. I took My Husband here for Father's Day. I have been here once before, but this was his first time. He had always wanted to come here and we had stopped a few times while shopping, but the wait was too long. Unfortunately, the experience did not live up to the anticipation. We were both very disappointed with the overall quality of the food, especially compared to the price. $30 for six oysters is expensive. Most restaurants only charge $24 for a half dozen. The room is beautiful and the atmosphere is quite nice. The staff was pleasant and accommodating. I had the fillet and found the seasoning excessively salty and only ate a small amount. The vegetables, asparagus, and green beans were good. My Husband enjoyed his Sea Bass. Unfortunately, the experience just did not live up to the cost. We dine at what is considered premium restaurants all the time but I felt that $275 for lunch was a bit much for what we received. read more

Because 3 Arts is nestled inside Restoration Hardware's flagship showroom, you're essentially dining in the center of a stunning oasis filled with top notch home decor, art, and furniture. We got to our lunch rez early, which was no problem at all given there are five floors sprawling with the most aesthetically pleasing displays to browse. Made me realize I might indeed have expensive taste! Anyhow, four of us were seated at a huge slate table with comfy bench seating on one side and dual chairs on the other. Sitting in this cafe feels like sitting in a European courtyard. The glass ceiling with sunshine pouring in, the center fountain, the plants, the overall architecture and design... all fabulous. Our server was quite serious, not giving off the friendly vibes around, but hey maybe that's kind of the shtick of being a higher-end place? He was however so attentive. We got our menus in a flash and browsed the many options. On the drink side they have curated selection of artisanal wines and craft beers, plus specialty mimosas and spritz-type cocktails. The (lunch) food options provide various starters to shared, a dedicated caviar section, assortment of salads, sammies, and mains like ribeye and salmon. I can bet there is no wrong choice here. My friend and I split the lobster roll and the gem salad with shrimp. Oh and truffle fries. We walked away saying how damn good every part of our lunch was. The lobster roll was served warm in a brioche bun and the perfect amount of butter. Loved the gem salad too, simple but tasty: crispy lettuce, feta, avo, radishes and a buttermilk herb dressing. Shrimp was the perfect addition. We were dining with our moms who both opted for the RH burger and gave rave reviews. I had a bite too, and can definitely back their opinion there. Everything was excellent! The place is beautiful and elegant; the water fountain in the middle is relaxing and romantic. We got seated on the big couches so much room and cozy. We had a baby with us and the staff was super accommodating to us. Our waiter was really great and attentive! The food was so good! Grilled Branzino- was cooked to perfection so much flavor, I was obsessed. Asparagus- was cooked perfectly and it was crunchy Truffle fries- my goodness- these were fantastic. I was turn off by the price at first then my friend ordered it and it was the best truffle fries I've had. Caesar salad- delicious Blackberry mule mocktail- so freaking good and refreshing... As someone who is gluten free, the menu is very limited to eggs, salads, and main entrees so if you have dietary restrictions I wouldn't bank on leaving feeling fully satisfied. Either way this meal did not disappoint We all got some drinks and I was super impressed with my latte. For my main, I opted for the lox bagel with some fries for the table to share and wow. We were simply all stunned by how amazing the food was. Some of our table got the creme fraiche eggs and raved about them and I thought my lox bagel was very impressive. Its high quality food my only complaint is price. It definitely doesn't need to be that expensive but it is still yummy! At such a beautiful venue, I was expecting the food to be so-so. I got the lobster roll and charred broccolini; both exceeded my expectations. The lobster was dressed and seasoned just right and sat on top of a buttery, toasty split-top bun. The broccolini had its tough stalks removed before grilling. I enjoyed both very much. There are tables for one, two, or more. The environment was very relaxing. I don't think there is a bad table anywhere.
