The cutest little cafe with a secret back garden patio that makes you feel Ike you're in a fairytale! Lots of coffee and dessert options. Service is friendly. A little on the pricier side, but I go here mainly for the vibe and aesthetic. They also hold beautiful mini concerts that are impeccable and lots of pop-ups!

I love this place so much. The coffee and lattes are very very good. Their desserts and pastries taste amazing. I love the atmosphere and when they play the traditional French music. I do wish they had more seating on the inside. We had to wait a little while to get a table to eat our food, but it's worth the wait.

The ice cream here is delicious!! And staff super sweet. I love the fruit sorbet, they are healthy and tasty! Also tried the coffee mocha flavor. They also have a nice back seating area with soothing view.

I was walking around the Magnificent Mile when it started drizzling, so I searched for the closest café and ended up here. It turned out to be a cozy little spot with a great selection of pastries and a few indoor tables, making it a nice place to escape the rain for a bit. The staff was friendly, and I ordered a hot latte along with a chocolate croissant. The croissant was absolutely delicious, fresh, flaky, and definitely the highlight of my visit. My only disappointment was that even though I was dining in, my latte was still served in a paper cup instead of a "for here" mug. The croissant was also handed to me in a paper bag rather than on a plate, which made eating it at the table a little awkward. It's a small detail, but I think serving dine-in orders on proper plates and in ceramic cups would make the experience feel much nicer.Other than that, it was a lovely little café and a perfect place to warm up while waiting for the rain to pass.

We tried: 1. Torta Del Nonna - pastry cream w a hint of lemon on shortcrust pastry, covered with pine nuts, almonds and powdered sugar 2. Cappuccino 3. Strawberry Gelato in Sugar Cone Torta Del Nonna was a very pleasant, not sweet, well rounded lemon pastry; perfect with my cappuccino which was average. Texturally, Strawberry Gelato felt more like ice cream than gelato but not bad. Service was friendly and helpful. Decent amount of seating inside for small to medium groups.

Perfect working space, a few tables with sockets for chargers. They have gelato, milkshakes and pastries. Would definitely come back

I got a hot earl grey with honey from here to stay a little warm while adventuring through the streets of chitown. This cup of hot tea came in handy while battling the cold. Thanks Cafe Cremerie, hope to try a tasty treat next time.

Cafe Creamerie is such a cute little spot in the city -- cozy vibes, bright interior, and a menu loaded with desserts and fun drink options. It's the kind of place that instantly gives you that "treat yourself" feeling. I tried their viral Tiramisu Latte, and honestly, it was just okay for me. The presentation was great, but the drink leaned way too sweet. They mentioned it's made with dark chocolate, but the flavor tasted much closer to milk chocolate, which kind of threw it off. Not bad, just not the depth or bitterness I expected from something labeled "tiramisu." Still, the café itself is adorable, the menu has plenty of variety, and it's a nice spot to chill, chat, or grab a dessert!

Nice little piece of Europe I stumbled into when wanting a sweet treat! Was pleasantly surprised at how adorable this café was in the gelato was phenomenal

We came here for some small bites, we got a game and cheese croissant and chocolate croissants with a chocolate. I love both croissants, very fresh and delicious. The space is limited, and it might be hard to find a seat during rush hour.

Came here for dessert after dinner. We got a single scoop of espresso ice cream and a slice of cheesecake. The ice cream was extremely creamy and rich in flavor. However the cheesecake was a bit of a disappointment. It was pretty lacking in flavor and had an unusual floral taste to it. They have very limited seating and we were lucky to grab the last available table. Overall a pretty solid dessert place.

Social media sent me. Sometimes, influencers can be amazing guides; other times, they're full of... baloney. In my opinion, the only thing Café Crèmerie has going for it is its Instagrammable interior. Since the only thing I post on IG is pictures of my cat, I couldn't care less about how many likes it would get me. Oh, and that really pretty courtyard? It's not theirs, so you're unable to enjoy your coffee and desserts out there. In terms of atmosphere, the interior where one can enjoy their goods is on the smaller side, and during a busier time, it can be hard to find a table. I will give them points for the space being inviting and clean. However, on the flip side, something that detracts from this vibe is the incessant "tling-ding-ding-ding" every time the door opens. Furthermore, for a place this nice, the only forks they have are cheap ones that look like they're sold at a dime store. Finally, if they truly want to be authentic to their European theme, they'd have a water station, rather than requiring guests to ask and then being given something that isn't even cold. Moving on... Now let's talk coffee. On my two visits here, I ordered a Cortado. On the first occasion, they'd made a latte instead. On the second, it was of the appropriate size for a cortado, but still not great, as the coffee notes were too muted for my taste. Next, the cakes. I don't recall the specific details about my first visit, but I can tell you about the Dulce de Leche cheesecake. This one was also not a winner. The consistency was too firm, nor was it rich and velvety as a great cheesecake should be. As for the babycake -- this one was better, with a harder outside shell and a soft, flavorful interior. However, despite being not much larger than a die (as in, singular of dice), it cost $2.50. With all of this, let's discuss the value proposition. The cost of the Cortado, cheesecake, and babycake came out to $18.65. This was after tax, a non-cash fee of 4%, and a service fee to boot (also 4%). That's almost $20 for a small cup of coffee, a cheesecake that might as well have come from a gas station, and a babycake that with some paint could work at a craps table. But hey, you get to make your friends jealous on your social media of choice... until they come here and realize they've been misled.

Best cafe shop in down town area. We came in , we were greeted by and asked a few questions about the menu. Their afogota was amazing as well as their coconut gelato ice cream. Definitely would come back. My 4 yr old also got a baby cake and devoured it in seconds.

Had an almond milk latte on three separate occasions during my stay and each were delicious. THANK YOU for using Califia brand. The staff is nice and friendly, and bring the drinks/food to your table. Well, I didn't order any food, the items also looked really good I've seen popular as many people ordered food. Note, there is no public restroom available at this location -not at the hotel or office building, which is super lame. The coffee shop is also limited to seating on the two long tables nearest their coffee shop only. The rest of the seating areas are off-limits. *eye roll* and the closest bathroom is across the street at the Yolk restaurant. But don't skip out on trying Mojo, just know the facts ahead of time!

When visiting Chicago last week I was looking for coffee spots within walking distance of Grant Park and I found fairgrounds. I'm so glad I chose to stop in! The indoor seating area is small with one larger table, a single seat & table, and some bar like seats. I was able to snag the single seat with a small round table to myself. It was so cute inside and while I wish there was more indoor seating there was a lots of space to sit outside which I also enjoyed after finishing my food. I got the tahini caramel latte, the staff was very kind in helping me decide on a drink, I made a substitution to have it made with almond milk and it was delicious! So rich in flavor and a great coffee taste without being too sweet. Also you have to get the breakfast burrito with an extra side of salsa. I've never had a breakfast burrito and salsa like the one I ate at Fairgrounds and I'm still dreaming of it!
