I do think they need to keep some consistent though maybe a few a week that are quickly filled. -I'm not sure if they have a continual membership or if it is a month by month basis. Checking online or calling is the best bet! -Very Clean space! -I love that their willingness to give back to the community through select free trial classes. -They have a private space for all your items, and lots of clean props! -Their integrity with organic teas and sharing :) lovely! Worst meditation ever!!!…read more They book an area at the mall West Elm store which we where meditating in between furniture and not enough space. People had to meditate on store furniture that people will buy. They forgot to tell people to turn off their cell phones before it started and said it during the process one the text messages were coming through. Not only that the person cell phone who didn't turn it off stared receiving phone calls during the process that's when I decided to just walk out!! Also before I forget there was people knocking on the glass store trying to get in. I don't know if it was a customer or a person who arrived late to class. This group doesn't know how to make a zen place. Don't even waste your time!!! Save your gas! If I could give less then 1 star I would. So, I received a reply to my comment and the event said nothing about a real life meditation event. So I liked how the event coordinator tried to cover their errors instead of just apologizing. I have posted a pic of the actual posting they put. And if this is what you get for free!!! Then I really won't waste my money nor time with these people

It was a humbling way for the universe to tell me I am not meditating nor relaxing correctly. That's where Jessika comes in. She is the absolute best and is truly amazing at holding a safe space for you to achieve complete and total relaxation. She offers virtual appointments and thankfully she had availability within a few days. My experience during a session is walking in with a million thoughts racing through my head while my body can't sit down and walking out relaxed, peaceful, and focused. What a difference. I must admit how naive I was to think that reiki should not be a consistent part of my healing journey. Talking with Jessika, she made an interesting point that while reiki can help after one session its benefits can go beyond by being more consistent. I do agree because if one session can bring peace to my life imagine what monthly sessions could do for my health and healing. My goal is to be more consistent in reiki healings this year so that I can be the best version of myself. I can't wait to book my next session and continue to work on healing. She cued agency, which I really appreciated. It also felt like she picked up on the emotional energy in the room and met the class there, instead of reacting to it. I would not and do not expect this every single class... as that's a lot to ask from any human being... but the class she taught last week truly embodied all of this.
