My favorite thing was that dishes and menu sections are named after various family members - William's mom, dad and siblings. We started with the hummus and pita chip appetizer - so yummy! Hubs and I eat hummus everywhere we go, and this rivaled some of the best! Amazing flavor, creamy with just the right amount of olive oil, garlic and paprika.
