Either we were racially profiled or profiled because we were in "workout" clothing. I'll never give business to a company that treats paying costumers differently based on how they look. There were only three other sets of women in the store at the time and she noticeably went up and acknowledged every single group, multiple times asking if they need help or what they are looking for. They even allowed us to buy the open stock for the blind boxes and were happy to try to find the packaging in the back. Though the store IS small, it's a lot easier to find the hard-to-find or popular items. My kids recently wanted a series that came out several months ago and they still had a few boxes here whereas every other store is sold out. They're super enthusiastic about checking the back for you if there's something you want that's not out. We've been to the larger locations, such as Tustin, but the greater foot traffic also means things get sold out a lot quicker.
