I been going to the store for a year now for new Sneaker releases, I always wonder why I never got a lucky considering the fact that I live 10 minutes away from the store,Yesterday they had a new release on the pigskin dunks and I was right down the corner at Walmart parking lot that's literally 4 minutes away from the store when I got there 5mins after the post they made on Instagram, they told me " we only have a size 9 left but we are keeping it " I said to the guy "ok I never had luck here" Little did I realize it had nothing to do with luck. As I was sitting in my car getting ready to leave I saw a gentleman that I recognize who is a reseller that I have met before walking out of the store, me and him started talking and he told me that he got a pair of dunks because he gets "hook up" and he was also pointing out other resellers who were also getting Multiple pairs of dunks with his kids. Not knocking anyone's Hustle But it's clear to me that the shop is being dishonest about their releases and having people waste their time and come all the way there for them not to have anything because They are giving out inside information to their own people what kind of business are you running, Seems to be more of a scam operation. I spent money here once and never again. A real shame to have this place be my local skate shop really. Its one thing to claim to be supportive of all members of the community and it's another for you and your staff to actually exercise it. Everytime I came here after my first purchase hoping to make a another, the service is always terrible. Most the staff all have a condescending attitude, that comes directly from the shop owner. No surprise now, really as you can read the way she talks to people on Instagram. Owners and staff seem to only cater to the weekly regulars and completely ignore everyone else. They claim to run a first come first served sneaker release when in reality they have already told the regulars long before they post it publicly. Why waste people's time? Don't waste your time with this shop and their discriminatory practices, spend your money at a place that values honesty and integrity. Not dishonesty. We went to check this place out after grabbing lunch at Whole Foods. Such cute stuff! We have a one year old niece and a one year old nephew. I wanted to buy everything. We ended up with a Winter Water Factory onesie and two logo tees. They also have adult clothing, skateboards, accessories, etc. We grabbed a few pairs of Stance socks, which are amazing. read more

This store just opened on Saturday in the Laguna Niguel Whole Foods center. It has a bunch of cool baby clothes, and great stuff for grown ups as well. I don't have kids, but my wife was obsessed with the Freshly Picked baby moccasins. She wanted a pair for every baby she had ever met. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Friendly environment, knowledgeable people, amazing prices, 5 stars all day - This place is LEGIT. Best experience I have ever had at a skate/surf shop. My GF and I went in here with very specific needs and a budget. I was looking to get a new deck and some shoes; gf was looking for a nice pair of Vans slip-ons at a good price. Chris helped us out and couldn't have been more knowledgeable and attentive to our needs. We ended up walking out with 2 pairs of Vans shoes and a full board set up (deck, trucks, risers, wheels, bearings and grip)for ~ $200. The board was put together while we shopped around and everything was reasonably priced and great quality. They even had the hair gel I use (Suavecito) for a much lower price than my barber shop. Really cool feel and the two guys who worked there took as much time as was needed to help my son pick out his board, trucks, wheels and bearings. They had him help them put it together. I appreciated that they were sensitive to what was appropriate for a 9 year old boy and would only show him those boards. The price was very competitive and the customer service was amazing. If I could get a lower review I would I spent hundreds of dollars at this local business when I washed an outfit according to the instructions and it shrank half the size the "" business owner refused to exchange my product. He was extremely rude I will never ever spend another dollar at the store and I would seriously consider spending money here as they do not stand behind any products they sell I had my receipt and I purchased my item within a week and he wouldn't listen to me then he threw my outfit back at me and told me to leave and that and was glad that I wasn't coming back read more
