I came here for my new television. Like anyone else, I had done my shopping online and read the…read morereviews, and found the TV I wanted to purchase. I knew it was in stock and I even had a girlfriend meeting me to pick it up in her SUV and to help me get it into my home. I was ready to go. Once I got to best buy, I walked back to the TVs and was approached by a salesman. Told him exactly what I wanted. Showed him on my phone. He then proceeded to try and talk me out of my choice. Implied it was a brand that wouldn't last. I told him I had one that I paid twice as much for 13 years ago, and it was still going strong, it was going to the bedroom and I wanted a bigger one for the living room. He walked away and said someone would bring out my TV. And I felt...judged. I'm not a gamer. I don't care about your specs. I know what I want and I told you from the beginning. A young man comes hauling out my television and walks it to the front, while another sales associate comments about my television being old technology. Shut up already! Just sell me my damn TV! I do not see the value in spending 1000 more dollars on a television. TVs are the only thing in this world that have gotten lighter and cheaper. This kid then tried to hard sell me on a warranty. Get outta here with that. I didn't appreciate my "service" at best buy. However, I got a fantastic TV on sale. It is great. It is a Google TV that made friends with my Google phone, and I didn't even have to log into any of my apps. It didn't on its own! Dang if it isn't the best TV I have ever had and I am so happy with it. Next time I am just going to do curbside pickup and avoid all these men talking down to me.

Best Buy November 9, 2025…read more (2/5) The toy selection at this Best Buy was extremely limited -- I only found one action figure. The gaming section had about 10-20 Xbox items, a somewhat decent Nintendo section, and a reasonable Sony section, but overall it was smaller and less impressive than other locations I've visited. The store was clean and organized, but if your goal is to find a wide variety of toys or gaming products, this location is disappointing. It may be fine for basic electronics or last-minute purchases, but not for those seeking a full selection.

Absolutely DO NOT go to Star Power, DO NOT!…read more Marc Block, manager, poor customer service. Built new home. Spent $60K on appliances. Example with $3.5K Napoleon grill. Marc recommended despite not being familiar with the product, which he eventually admitted to me. Great feeling. He helped design the outdoor kitchen so understood it was permanent and natural gas. Regardless, sold me propane so it doesn't work. My outdoor kitchen including masonry and taj mahal countertops was custom made to fit the specific Napoleon grill so expensive to switch and redo. It took 4-6 weeks between Napoleon and Marc to understand it was propane and needed a regulator. Still didn't work. I repeatedly requested a Napoleon rep come service the grill. No service and Marc simply referred me to Napoleon's national call center. Took another 4-6 weeks to finally learn from Napoleon, not Marc, that he sold me propane and therefore I also needed a conversion kit from propane to natural gas; AND if it had been natural gas, I wouldn't need the regulator or the conversion kit. Napoleon refused to sell me the conversion kit. Instead of doing the RIGHT THING and replacing the grill with natural gas, Star Power graciously offered to provide me the $26 conversion kit. I declined. After 3 more weeks of endlessly calling a number of diamond dealers, I still don't have a conversion kit. I'm done with Star Power and Napoleon! We just moved into our new home, and it's been 3 months and I still don't have grill. Absolutely Pathetic! Won't bother the other problems.

They are very nice in the store and helpful. I just feel disappointed. About two years ago, I got…read morethe basic screen protector in store. I've had the same basic phone case forever. The screen protector just cracked for the first time recently - pretty good, especially since I drop my phone often. I went in to have it replaced and Garrick convinced me to upgrade to the stronger one. He was kind enough to give us a small coupon since we were also buying one for the first time for my husband. Today is one week since buying the stronger screen protector. I dropped my phone once, at home, and it shattered. I brought my phone in and explained the extremely short amount of time, the upgrade to the stronger protector, and my disappointment. Unfortunately, Garrick explained I still had to pay the $12 fee for a new one. He also said it's probably my case's fault (however I've had this case forever and never had something shatter). While I know $12 is not the end of the world and still a great option, it felt disappointing after having had such a great experience with the first product lasting 2 years. It just makes me wonder if the upgrade actually is any different. I also feel like there should be a policy for that short period of a time. I was hoping to at least use the $5 coupon I got for taking the survey last time, but he said that's only eligible on new products (which I don't plan on buying, so that now feels like a waste of my time too). Bleh, little things in the end but still not a great experience.
