They have UPS packing and shipping. Plus, they sell cards, envelopes, pens, etc., there are multiple copiers, need a cc or you can pre-pay at cashier. They have all basic needs, highlighters, paper clips, staplers, etc., pretty much everything in office setting. They can do everything for you for a cost. Or, if you have time and/or patience to do it yourself. I had great experience there, with exception of not being warned and/or aware, how much it cost to have an employee vs. doing it yourself. Of course, I know there would be a premium...it was fairly hefty. I asked for one set of copies and I do not believe, copies exceeds, up to 100 pages. Truly, best guess it was closer to 50 pages and then some. There wasn't anyone in the store, it has been awhile, since I have even touched copy machine and asked questions (i.e., costs, whatever needed to count, how to use, etc.,) needed more assistance.

Every type of copy machine and duplicating service anyone could ever want is available, and Jay the assistant is friendly and customer-oriented. Vaughn is supremely knowledgeable about his business, and I know he is invested in the community. In addition, he sells many beautifully carved statues from Bali which decorate his shop. I have fun bantering with Vaughn's 3 kids who are busy with creative projects after school, and I enjoy seeing what a caring dad they have. Simple, black and white copies of a document. Came in to pick them up and was berated for 20 minutes while I waited for them to be printed. I was told that that 'no one had time to check the email', I 'came at a terrible time of day', (was actually told this 3 times and told I shouldn't come in there at that time anymore), I 'shouldn't have created the documents on a Mac' (which I didn't), I 'should have sent a pdf because word documents never print correctly' and I 'should have included my phone number so they could call me about the document'. Okay, it was a simple black and white form, I called ahead to ask specifically what to do, I was not told any of these things, I was not told not to come at 4pm, and also...why wouldn't you just email me back to say those things if you didn't have a phone number? THEN I was told that there was an additional surcharge, also not mentioned on the phone, that brought the cost of BLACK AND WHITE COPIES to $0.68 per page. Guess what? I've done this at UPS dozens of times, never had a problem, was charged HALF OF THAT, and was never berated as though me coming in there was a huge problem. UPS...you just got a customer for life. FedEx? If there is a way to never use you again, I won't.
