After a good search online about hearing test, I found this place with all 5 stars. I made an appointment with them, surprisingly, my first call was answered by Dr. himself. Long story short, on my way there I still have no idea what the experience will be. But everything turned out just right. I saw two other patients there, both looked happy. The doctor was knowledgeable and answered my questions thoroughly , the student(I forgot ask his name) was very kind and answered my questions as well. Doctor helped my mom removed a very tough wax. No more itchiness, she is so happy now, which definitely improve her hearing as well. Doctor also helped my father adjusted his hearing aid to the level good for him. No more loud TV. In a word, I feel like being treated like a family, isn't that everyone looking for? I certainly will return in the future. Thanks again Doctor!! read more

I visited Dr. Thakkar at the recommendation of a friend, and I'm leaving this review because it was such a streamlined and positive experience. Due to scheduling issues, I had to visit him off-hours. Despite this, he was still willing to see me. In fact, he was already helping another patient. Dr. Thakkar is an energetic, personable, and highly skilled individual.
