The sauces for the hainan was on the saltier side and not as good as other places. The rice... Did they not throw in broth for it to cook? I did not taste much chicken flavor. The noodles, it's intended to be on the blander side, that's fine. The noodle though... It was as if they could've cooked a bit longer, they seemed to stick together and was not quite al dente so I stirred them around for about a minute to break it apart. Ground chicken, nothing special to season it with, at least it did not have chicken stench. Lastly, the door was left open, the amount of flies coming in was a lot. It was off putting. The neighborhood does not appear friendly or safe as the front door was boarded up. Also a sign saying there is no cash here (implying lots of robberies/burglers). Last time I went I also got kimchi fried rice (literally didn't know it was on the menu because I have tunnel vision on the wings). They took forever with our dishes so by the time we would get a dish we didn't even want it. We had ordered before other tables and still kept getting our orders after them... Despite them taking forever the food was warm. To top it off, they gave us cold Chongqing Crispy Chicken... That was super upsetting and disgusting. They also took forever to remake it and then I believe the waiter dropped it off at the wrong table because we had to wait even longer for it. He was a mess and so disorganized.
