Ji Bei Chuan was fine for the price, but not anything crazy impressive. We each ordered a noodle bowl and the green scallion pancakes. It cost us about $40 not including tip. I got the dry chili noodle bowl. The noodles were thick and very good in this savory sauce with peanuts and some veggies and beef brisket. This was literally enough for two meals, maybe even three, if you don't eat that much. I would rate it a 7/10 at first bite. After I took it home and had it for lunch on Monday, it was more of a 5/10. The brisket had good flavor but was very dry. The noodles had good chew but I wish there was more flavor depth. The scallion pancakes were good, a but too oily, but it was crispy. I would rate it a 9/10. Overall, I would rate it a 6/10. I mean I think it was fine and it was a lot of food. It's a better option than some of the high end food places that are more expensive. However, I wouldn't really come back here. I do think maybe I ordered the wrong items.
First time trying this spot and overall it was a solid experience! I ordered the shrimp fried rice and the Korean fried chicken. The shrimp fried rice was really flavorful, well-seasoned, and they definitely didn't skimp on the shrimp. There was plenty in every bite, which I appreciated. The Korean fried chicken was okay. The flavor was nice and the sauce was tasty, but it didn't seem cooked all the way through, which was a little disappointing. Still, overall it was pretty good and had potential.

My kids loved the Labubu decorated xmas tree but honestly, the entire restaurant was beautifully designed with alot of photo ops. We tried the Chicken Tom Yum soup, the Chicken Mala Spicy soup, Chicken Ramen and their Korean boneless chicken..there was silence for 20 minutes as we all ate and enjoyed every bite. The soup matched our first 'wow' impression of this Noodle and Ramen restaurant. The menu was large but I truly expect it all to be amazing after this food experience. Its going to be on the list of my 'must visit' next time im in Orlando.
We stumbled upon this place during Thanksgiving week while visiting Universal Studios and Disney World. Always on a hunt to try new noodle places, we were excited to try this place. We came here 2x. First time it was quite crowded so we had to wait for a little bit. The place is clean but I wish the service was a bit faster. Limited staffs. We ordered tonkatsu ramen and mushroom & tofu ramen. You can get it with rice noodles but we were craving ramen. :) We rated both 4/5! The broth did it for us. Very well marinated broth with flavors. Tonkatus wasn't too salty and mushroom broth was delicious. You can really taste the flavor and not too overpowering. You can order extra servings of eggs too. The second time we came here wasn't too crowded and we ordered the same again. Service this time was improved. We hope to be back again the next time we're in Orlando to try other dishes on the menu.

Ordered for pick up and got golden soup w/ beef slices 4/5 - my wife really enjoyed this as well as the spice it had original bone soup w/ beef slices 3/5 - personally lacked a little flavor and beef slices were not super tender fried pork 4/5 these were solid, but there was no dipping powder that it usually comes with.

The cucumber salad is good but on the vinegary side so it may not be for everyone. The fried chicken thigh appetizer was to die for! Service was fast and attentive. Lots of options near the theme parks, and since it's a Wednesday, 8:30pm, things starts closing in about 9-10pm. Out of all the choices, we saw this place near our hotel, and even though we have lots of Asian food places back in SoCal, we wanted something quick, Togo, and not too expensive. This place hits all the check marks. Once we entered the place, it's vibrantly decorated, neon signs, modern, and clean. Tables could fit 4 people, and plenty of seating. Menu is quite extensive, and honestly I was expecting much. But I was pleasantly surprised to see how the food is packaged for Togo orders. Tonkotsu Ramen is good, chicken soup with Brisket was light and flavorful, beef fried rice was a bit more wet than I normally have it, but it was tasty as well. We also tried their fungus appetizer and it was traditional from what I've had in the past. Paired well with the fried rice. Overall this is a place I would recommend if you are looking for an affordable Asian place to eat, packaged well for Togo orders, and a variety of options. Note : 5 or more people there is a 18% gratuity. Also, they have a claw machine with some Labubus, then noticed they had a wall with tons of Labubus. Upon closer inspection, they were all Lafufus, but they don't claim that they are authentic. I noticed several places in Orlando had Lafufus in their places, advertised as not authentic, but sold for a much lower price. Interesting addition to these businesses.
What a great dining experience, we were greeted as we walked in and seated right away, brought water and given time to order. We had pot stickers as an appetizer which were very good. I had the stir fry shrimp udon noodles , they were tasty with just the right amount of spice. My friend had a chicken ramen bowl that she enjoyed. Word of caution if you are not a chop stick user be sure to ask for a fork right away. The dining room had fun statues and photo ops with comfortable seating.
My group and I ordered the udon noodles with chicken and shrimp. And we ordered chicken noodle soup. I am a huge fan of authentic Chinese food. I asked the waitress to add more spice to mine and she refused to, saying I can add it on later (as it's a condiment that is available). Once our food came, we all came to the consensus that our meals lacked flavor. We all added a lot to soy sauce and chili oil to our food but still couldn't get some flavor coming out. I decided maybe I can take the food home and add some more flavor on my own. I genuinely regret going here and wish I just got lo mein noodles at a regular American Chinese spot instead. The atmosphere is cute and the waitress is nice, even if she did refuse to add more spice to my food. I believe she was just trying to be safe. Whenever I've passed by this place we have seen a good amount of people there.
We have eaten here twice and loved it both times. The first time we just got takeout, and they packaged it very well. The second time, we ate inside the restaurant for dinner, and the staff was nice, the place was clean, and the food was great. We tried a soup-type noodle bowl and one stir-fry, and both were awesome. The food presentation was great too. We also got some edamame which was good. We will be back.
If you read or watch a lot of Wu Xia novel or film, you feel the restaurant food just like that. In Wu Xia, many of major road in the ancient time has restaurants and road tea vendor has this kind of food. This is almost like a scene in movie. Most of the past through customer take a break before travel to next city with horses. They mostly come to there to exchange horse for longer distances. In the mean time they order the food just like this. In the old time they order meat and rice wine by weight with small dishes and noodle dish. Tonight we also did the same thing. We started with their Jo Special noodles soup. We got the chicken and fish maw chicken soup rice noodles. Highly recommended. The soup base is perfect with noodle. The ingredients include straw mushrooms, special mushrooms fried tofu, dry tofu skin, pickles veggies, special cook chicken, and more. For the small dishes we have the braise beef shank, crispy fried pork and the black fungus salad. Those are small dishes and meat I am taking about. Great restaurant, waiters are attentive.

I got the mushroom and beef slices rice noodles which was savory. I wanted it a bit more salty so I adjusted it with salt, pepper and chili oil. The portions were a good size too for the price. Will definitely come back again.
One of the few Asian restaurants open after the parks. It was pretty busy when we came and it seemed like others had just came from the parks as well. You definitely get bang for buck here. I ordered the brisket in original broth. The meat was very tough though. I'm guessing it's because it was the end of the night? I would order a different meat. The broth is very plain. I guess original- means plain lol. As an Asian I didn't mind it and wasn't surprised by it. Just a warning for those who might expect a beef broth flavor like I did. Bf had the duck ramen. It was very flavorful. The duck was cooked very well. We shared karaage. Or like quicklys popcorn chicken but chicken thigh style. This was actually my favorite out of everything. I could order this, a bowl of rice and a bowl of hot broth and call it a night. It was perfect, crunchy, flavorful in every way. I'd come back just for this. If we didn't have plans at the parks the following day, I would have taken them up for their bogo alcohol special. Hope to see them next time! read more

Dined with friends. Ambiance was nice. Not too loud or crazy. We were sat quickly and our server was attentive. The food was so good. We split a variety of things: the soup dumplings, the scallion pancakes, and the crispy fried pork. 10/10 on all 3 hot dishes. I had the tonkotsu ramen for my meals. Just as good as the last time i had it. Definitely check it out! read more
Come get your noodle cravings satisfied here! They have it all! Udon, ramen, rice noodle soup, dry noodles, noodles galore! They have non-noodle things too like fried chicken and dumplings. Just don't ask for lasagna, they will look at you funny... Super quick service too and the atmosphere is quite chill. One thing to watch out for is lettuce. It's in 90% of the plates. It's everywhere, I practically found a piece in my shoe when I got home . It did throw me off but all in all was a great experience! Try the mushroom broth based soups! read more

I got a to go order there for the first time on Monday. The staff were very nice and helpful. The restaurant is beautiful and spacious. I loved how bright it was in there. I tried the Shrimp Fried Rice because I'm limited due to allergies. The shrimp were large. I would have loved more sesame oil. I loved that the rice had a lot of veggies. read more
I like the new location very much. The interior is roomy and big. Plenty of spaces for kids to be comfortable. I've been to the Ji BeiChuan location in Orlando but this one is a bit more in the touristy and I happen to like the flavors at this location more. The good: Tonkotsu ramen was 4/5. A breath of fresh air compared to many places. The flavor could have had more depth, but its great considering how many other items they have. The gyoza was perfect along with the overall cleanliness, service and ambiance. The could be better: I was told the fried chicken was the best here. I was ordering it no matter what and even waited an additional 10 minutes to get it.. but it wasn't it. I accept that it could be too subjectivebut I dont like huge wings. Huge wings never cook properly and miss the mark for how a wing should eat. The scallion pancakes were fried well, but did not have flavor. Also, maybe it's my own fault, the yashi lemonade flavor was good but there was a jelly substance I did not expect that was offputting. Its very possible I ordered the wrong thing. I will definitely return, because this place has all the attributes that can make a place 5/5. read more
We tried a handful of dishes here and had a good overall experience. The staff was friendly, and the kids loved checking out all the Bearbrick decor--it definitely added a fun vibe to the place. Here's what we ordered: Salt and Pepper Calamari - Really tasty and well-seasoned. The pieces were big, but I wish there was a bit more crunch. Portion felt a little small for the price. Dry Noodles with Minced Meat - Solid choice. The noodles were generous, and the sauce had a mild spice with a little numbing kick. Super flavorful. Scallion Pancakes - Nice and crispy, though a bit on the greasy side. Beef Sliced Ramen - Not bad, but needed some spice to bring it to life (we added our own). The noodles were plentiful, but the bamboo shoots were cut thicker than I prefer. Fried Chicken - This one was great. Super crunchy and seasoned well Strawberry Snow - Surprisingly really good! Light, refreshing, and the perfect way to end the meal. Everyone at the table enjoyed it. read more

It's amazing that this authentic place exists amongst the sea of chains nearby. Anyone craving some noodle soup after a day at the parks or working out is bound to love. The grapefruit bobo green tea drink was refreshingly punchy with great grapefruit pulp, crystal boba, and a lime flavoring. The tea was brewed well and not bitter which made the whole drinks flavors work together- a definite get again. The oolong milk tea had pretty good tea flavor and decent boba. On to the mains! We focused on the rice noodle soups, the fish maw and chicken had a rich golden color, fish slice had a light but deep flavor overall. The takoyaki were nicely sized, loved the fried pork strip dipped in togarashi powder for all the umami. Ambiance is cool and they're just in opening, but servers were very nice regardless. Overall, pretty impressed with this offering so close to Disney and their depth of flavor. We made it through too with a 1yo and saw quite a number of kids and chinese families in as well. Definitely plan on coming back! read more
This is a solid Chinese noodle restaurant. They have a variety of noodle options. I went for the Beef Slices Tom Yum Kung Rice Noodle dish and it was delicious. The customer service was good. The brown sugar boba tea I ordered was also very good, I didn't expect it to be hot, but I really liked it and ended up preferring it over a cold drink anyways, the warm temperature gave it a warm caramel taste. read more

Would highly recommend this place. The ambiance is nice, the service is efficient, and food pricing is generous (especially when considering the larger portions)! Between the ramen and stir fry I tried I preferred the stir fry but both were very enjoyable! read more
Super cute place. Service was kind of slow but once we ordered food came pretty quickly. I personally was.not a fan of the chicken Ramen. The broth was bland and milky. I added a ton of chili and that helped a little but I like a clear broth better. The pot stickers were good and my companion liked the mushroom soup. She said the broth was spicy and had a ton of mushrooms. It's a no for me but it wasn't terrible so they get 4 stars. read more

I love the vibes here. It's so cute and clean. The service is also nice and friendly. I got rice noodles with the original soup with beef slices. It's a little bland for my taste but you can always add more flavor to it. The beef slices are delicious and it makes it worth the price tag. This dish makes me think I got a shabu shabu for one. Delicious and I'll be back to try more. read more
Best noodles and portions for ramen! I loved the chicken broth and lots of meat and noodles in the ramen. Noodles were soft and chewy. It is located on Palm Parkway and hidden next to Tijuana Flats. The decor inside is very cute and lots of places to take pictures. Service was great and very busy inside. Can't wait to go again! read more

Found my way to busy central florida hway today to try Chinese cuisine at Ji Bei Chuan. It completely met my expectations. The restaurant waa in a shopping center with plenty of parking. Ample sitting area. Cool decor. Service was good and quick. I mean just look at the dishes. Ramen soup with many protein options. I chose tripe. I know, not many people like this but I do. In my opinion, the prices were decent. Definitely a must in my book if you are in the area. read more

We have been waiting for this place to open. Last night we drove by to see and they were open. They said they have been open for 2 days. We were greeted as soon as we walked in and sat. We where brought menus and ice water (it even tasted great which we know is rare in Florida) Server came to see if we had any questions but we didn't and we placed our order and the food came out super quick and the taste was phenomenal. We can't wait to go back The look inside is super clean and fun! Several neon signs and several spots to take your insta photos. We ordered pork gyoza. They had great flavor and tasted homemade. Scallion pancake was good my only negative is it was very greasy. The cucumber salad was delicious it had great flavor and a great kick different than anyone else's cucumber salad I have had For our entrees we also shared them we got minced pork dry tossed noodles!Yum flavor and heat. Sliced beef sauerkraut rice noodle soup. Again full of flavor On the table is soy, vinegar and chili oil. The chili oil was full of flavor as well. Highly recommend checking them out. So my wife and i had a full day of beach fun and shopping for last minute souvenirs from Orlando and since my breakfast was ruined at another restaurant, I was famished. And wouldn't you know it, the rain came down hard so both my wife and i wanted some soup to warm us up and chose this establishment. We were promptly seated and the server brought us some cool water to enjoy while we perused the menu. We started with the spring rolls and my wife selected the chicken ramen and i the tokatsu ramen. We also ordered some hot tea and i selected a boba ice tea milk drink. Everything came out super fast and hot. The broth in my ramen was good but I had to spice it up so I added a bunch of their hot oil and some S&P and it was perfect. The noodles were so good as was the pork and my wife said hers was yummy as well. The atmosphere inside was friendly and cute and i can see why they have such high ratings. We stay at Hilton Parc Soleil frequently so we were excited when this new ramen shop opened and were eager to try it on our next trip. We ate there on 8/20/25 and here are our impressions. The restaurant is not overly large, the dining room has maybe 15 tables or so. It's very clean with a modern decor, though it can feel a bit stark at times. The tables are comfortable is spartan, and there are some condiments available on each (soy, vinegar, chili oil). Service was decent if not great, but we didn't find ourselves waiting too long for service. We ordered chicken ramen, chicken fried rice, pan fried pork gyoza, and Korean fried chicken thighs. I'll start with the good, the Korean fried chicken was excellent. One thing to note is that perhaps they ran out of thighs, because what we got was definitely strips of chicken breast. However, we like both kinds of meat and the breading was crispy and delicious. Definitely our favorite of the things we ordered. For the ramen, the broth was decent if a little bland. Perhaps the expectation is that each person is going to further season with soy, vinegar, oil etc which is fine. The noodles had a nice chew, and it came topped with seaweed, corn, mushrooms, and half of a boiled egg. It was an ok bowl of ramen but it didn't really wow me, the chicken was a bit tough to chew and also bland. The gyoza were ok but didn't seem like they were made in house, more likely a frozen brand from somewhere. They were lightly pan fried but not crispy, and the filling lacked flavor. We paid $8 for 6 of these and were disappointed. Lastly, the fried rice. I had high hopes for this because I've gotten awesome fried rice at other ramen shops and was hoping for the same thing. I didn't order anything special, just ordered to come as they make it. For whatever reason, this restaurant puts chopped lettuce in their fried rice which I've never experienced before. I generally like lettuce, but can say for me it did not work well in fried rice. The lettuce wilted as you'd expect (unlike say cabbage which I very much like in fried rice), and it watered down the flavors. The worst part for me though was just the texture, all the moisture from the lettuce made the entire dish soggy and unappealing. There was also a definite fishy taste to the dish, I don't know if they use fish sauce in their seasoning or if it was just the remnants from other dishes, but I noticed it. I will say that I'm very sensitive to fishy tastes and don't like them, others may find it appealing. All in all, we paid about $50 with tip for what we had and came away disappointed. It could be that they just have a style of food that we don't enjoy, but after this experience it would be highly doubtful if we were to ever go back. read more
This is a tourist trap restaurant, very hard miss for me. I love ramen and have eaten many different places in Orlando and this one by far was the worse ramen from all of them. The menu lacks so much information, it does not disclose anything that comes with the food anywhere, when asked the server for the ingredients the response was "just like the picture" and she could not name the ingredients when asked about it. The service was lacking, the food took too long (it was a week night) and the ramen was NOT like the picture at all, the meat was super chewy and the egg was so OVERCOOKED like rubber! This restaurant is awesome. It's located in the new development area with an a lot of restaurants. The interior decoration was so impressive - high sailing , modern deco, projecting picture and logo on ceiling , wall and on floor. The background music mixed with American and Asian pop music. The service was attentive. The taste and the quality of the food were top notch. The menu mainly are noodle dish, some appetizers and Boba tea. We got the signature fish maw chicken noodle. It was a big bowl , enough for two people. We got wood ear ( black fungus) appetizer , fried crispy pork and the beef shank. They were all so good . The broth of the noodle was one of a kind and the chicken pieces, tofu, straw mushroom , fish maw in there bowl were just perfect. I loved all the appetizers we got . the flavor that Wood ear was mild , not too sweet, too salty or too sour. It was refreshing, perfect for a hot summer day. The beef slices even without any sauce, the flavor already socked the meat, what an outstanding chef skill! The crispy pork just like the name , the coating was crispy , dipped the piece in the seasoning powder, so delicious . Really loved this place , I strongly recommended. When you step in, you can't help but be amazed by the stimulating and exciting atmosphere. It's a pleasant experience and is truly inspired. It was very different from a normal noodle restaurant. The soup was nice and very smooth and the noodles were very savory. We also tried the Takoyaki and it tasted incredible. The staff are very kind and very helpful when you need help figuring out what to eat. It's definitely worth a try if you're in the mood for good noodles read more

Food was great, so as the service. Their staff was attentive too and very pleasant. It aint cheap but I'd say it's reasonable. Place is clean too. read more
