The estimates, treatment plans and transparency were all over the place at other offices than Westgate Family Dental. My first interaction was with Liz. She is so kind and communicative, but you can tell she is an absolute fighter for solutions for you. She runs the financial role of the business and I could not be more impressed with her professionalism and experience with navigating insurance companies, Care credit, and a patient's priorities. I'm a hairdresser and deal with a wonderful and very affluent clientele. I felt like I looked cheap with messed up teeth. The consultation was incredible. Dr. Christy Tu is a perfectionist. It was such an educational and solution driven experience, that I followed all of her advice. I later found out she went to the USC school of dentistry. A top tier school for general and cosmetic dentistry. I didn't way my implants to look like chiclets. I wanted them to look real and natural. She nailed it. I couldn't be happier with the results! The office is clean and modern, all the hygienist are so nice and thorough (wish I could remember their names). I can't recommend Westgate Family Dental enough!

Sweet white curly haired sweetheart with red bandanna and red and white bow comfortably placed on head. Cutie pie walked in and allowed me to pet her and then walked back to her bed. I wasn't nervous but I love dogs and loved Yuki who is the fur baby of other dentist. I highly recommend this practice and Dr Herman and the two expert dental assistants who have helped me: Selena and Kathy. I really enjoyed Yuki Therapy Dog !!! Thank you. Yes, my appointment was from 10-11, but it got started at 10:50 The teeth whitening was one of the most excruciating pain I've ever felt. I was actually wondering if it was suppose to feel like torture. Apparently, my mouth guard wasn't in place and while I was left to my own device, I was also suffering away as my gums burned and burned. I wish someone, anyone had just preface - that BURNING is not normal. I was almost in tears by the time I jump out of my seat and nearly ripped off the mouth guard, and whimpering before the tech came to check on me. My bottom gums were all either bleached white or burned. Invisalign is a huge investment - my invoice 7k or over from Swish and I really think that your local dentist could do it for cheaper (the discounts/deal isn't great bc they have such a high mark up), and you probably won't be tortured and left with WHITE GUMS after a simple whitening.

We don't have endless time to sit around. Came in for a crown replacement and literally sat in the dentist chair for 30 minutes waiting for numbing to take effect. They said dentist got caught up doing something else (which I thought meant like 5 minutes) and didn't show up for another 25 minutes! Before proceeding with the operation Service really needs to improve. People have lives and can't just sit around waiting all day.

At 360 Tans you will never fail to get an amazing tan - it's why I have been coming here for so long. The girls are always friendly and give great quality spray tans. However, recently with the new staff I haven't been as satisfied as I normally have been in years past. The new staff are consistently behind schedule and the past appointments I have been to, I end up waiting 10-20 mins past my scheduled appointment time until I'm taken back. I never had this issue in the past. The new staff continuously pushes clients to purchase products and I'm not trying to get a sales pitch when receiving my bi-weekly spray tan. Recommendation to management: if your girls need more time because they are all new and slow sprayers, schedule out your appointments more to give them more time to spray or hire more staff. Do not push them to sell products on customers who have been coming for multiple years, it's a turn off. But continue doing a great job teaching the girls because they are giving quality tans!
