Rachelle is a lovely and sweet woman, and her service is personable. My critique, however, is with her skill as a tattoo artist. As much as I want to love my eyebrows, I can't because even though she touched up my eyebrows for a 3rd time, the mid to "tail" end of my eyebrows are still noticeably faded. The ink was distributed on my eyebrows inconsistently, so you can see darker areas and faded "holes" on my brows. I appreciate that she corrected these areas when the second routine touch up didn't work, but I still have faded spots that look surprisingly old even though it's only been 3 weeks since my recent touch-up. The point of me paying good money for microblading was to eliminate time spent putting on makeup in the mornings. Unfortunately, I still have to put some makeup on to cover up the noticeably faded areas, so I find this experience disappointing. read more

Well...I went in for my follow up, which is necessary so that the color of your brows is set. I am so disappointed. My brow are uneven and the lines for the hair strokes look horrible and I told Rachel that after she finished. She tried to make a "quick" correction but I was still not happy and my eyebrows were so swollen I told her that we should wait until the swelling went down. She agreed and told me to call her to schedule an appointment. I made a few calls that went unanswered. I finally got a response and she told me that she would be out of town during the holidays. I replies and asked when would she be available. I even offered to pay for her time to have the correction done, even though she said it would be free of charge. To date...no response from her. So very disappointing. So back to not only filling in my brows but now having to spend extra time to camouflage her error. read more

Rachelle is AHHHHHMAZINGG. My eyebrows needed MAJOR help and I was really skeptical because all my friends were getting it done for double the cost of Rachelle AND there wasn't much yelp reviews on her service... but I took my chance. I reached out on yelp messenger and she promptly called me to schedule an appointment that same week! I thought it was for consult but it was for an actual service. She heard how nervous I was and offered to come in on a Saturday morning to meet for Q&A and if I'm ready she can squeeze me in the next day. It was that seriously THAT easy and breezy. I met at her cute little salon and immediately we hit it off! She made me feel extremely comfortable and talked to me as if I was her sister. I returned the next day and she explained EVERYTHING again. I was comfortable and the procedure went smoothly! The healing process was exactly as she described. I scabbed and peeled but luckily my job is super lax so I wore a hat to work and no one ever noticed my shiny peeling eyebrows. I even had a friend sit in on my follow-up to watch and Rachelle was totally cool about it. I have to admit the second time around was a bit more painful (even with the numbing cream). I think my wounds were still healing from the first procedure so be mindful of that... Might want to pop an extra motrin!! It's been several weeks since my touch-up and I'm VERY pleased!
