Came here a couple months ago for the ombré brows. Immediately after services were complete, I noticed that the top corners of the brows were not done properly and Mimi said it was normal and that the color would appear. It's been months later and the color still hasn't appeared. Services and quality were sloppy and poor. Would definitely recommend looking elsewhere. read more

I definitely had an awesome experience. This was my first time getting my brows done and Mimi took the time to explain the process to give me my options. She was gentle with me and explained what I should expect. She was great before and after care and I definitely will be going back to her for a touchup which was suggested in 4 to 6 weeks. I had my eyebrows done by Mimi and walked away very disappointed. I would not book her again. First, I was asked to reschedule my appt because her availability was inaccurate which was frustrating because I ended having to go at a very inconvenient time and sit in 2 hours of traffic. Second, I had many bald spots on my eyebrows after they healed - I haven't had this issue with other artists. Third, I was required to pay $200 EXTRA if I wanted a touch-up. Are you kidding me? Upon purchasing a Groupon for Microblading, there was nowhere on her page nor on my receipt under the "Fine Print" that stated I would need to pay for a touch up - otherwise I would have never booked my appt to begin with. I've had my eyebrows microbladed elsewhere, and I know that artists do not typically charge for touch ups. There were many spots missing on my eyebrows once they were fully healed. I was told at my appt that I shouldn't need a touch up, which I was happy about because I had driven far in a lot of traffic to get these done by someone I believed would be thorough and do a good job for a reasonable price. When touch ups were discussed at my appt, no additional charge was ever mentioned. Upon scheduling my touch up, I THEN learned I would be charged an ADDITIONAL $200 on top of what I had already paid. She was not hospitable and unwilling to meet in the middle with me, being that she had never even mentioned charging me until after I booked my second appt. Find someone better. She was very attentive to get me the best brow design appropriate for my face and style I was aiming for. After the procedure, she provided a post-care written instruction. I thought this was great since I usually forget steps if someone just verbally goes through the instructions. And yes, like any procedure, post-care is very important, depending on how you take care of the treated area, healing will reflect on how your brows come out.
