Been going to her for a few months now but every time I go in the service just feels rushed. She always tries to talk you into getting lamination or tinting or some other service you didn't even ask for. Would prefer to just come in the get the service done without feeling pressured by greed. And even if I have an appointment I end up having to wait 15 mins past the original time. Amazing work she does! My eyebrows we're very thin for a guy because I use to jump around different places until I found Ark eyebrows about 2 years ago. Going consistently with her for a few months my eyebrows got so much better! I love them so much. I really recommend anyone who wants to fix their eyebrows and maintain them looking fabulous to go with her! I hardly ever get my eyebrows done, and I don't color them in, so I went in to this place with full grown eyebrows. I was just hoping for some light shaping and clean up and this was the result. Even before she showed me my eyebrows she put on some type of shading in the form of powder ? ...she didn't ask me if she could, she just did it. I don't use makeup so I'm not even exactly sure what was used. I think she realized that she had messed up my eyebrows, and tried to touch them up before she showed me. So when I saw them they looked less scary than after I got home and washed my face. I don't know if she'll reply to this post with some type of excuse, but the pictures don't lie, and this is not my first rodeo, so I know what a good job looks like. I also had my upper lip waxed and she left a bunch of wax on there and had to try to take it off before I went on to run the rest of my errands. Please save yourself the heartache and don't come here. I wish someone would have told me. I don't think she knew what she was doing, and it was all lip service. Awful. read more

I had to revise my review of Ark Brows and Beauty because Ravi "cancelled" me as a client due to going somewhere else when I needed services after her business hours. I fully intended to return and she texted me "No, you will not be returning." Wow. That's some gangster shit. Over a $25 eyebrow tint? That's not playing the long game. Even if I came every 2-3 months I'd still be a good client. I don't understand how people expect 100% loyalty with people's busy schedules, with kids, and with life nowadays. It's not very realistic and to be honest, to hold something like this against a client you already have rapport with, and value, is downright cold. Maybe it's because I'm gay? I honestly can't make sense of it. I had been holding back, but now that I'm cancelled, I'll leave an honest review...Ravi consistently tore my skin when she was threading my brows. She had the nerve to blame me, for not holding my skin tightly enough. Perhaps I have older skin, or more delicate skin, but you really shouldn't blame the client when you are the one cutting them. I came in without cuts, and I left with cuts, after the threading. And the new place I tried also did threading and they never cut me once. Sorry Ravi, I liked you so I never left a bad review but now that you've been so rude to me, I'm leaving an honest review. read more

I met Ravi earlier this year and was looking for someone to do my eye lash tint and lift. I knew I wouldn't upkeep fake lashes so I was curious about the lift and tint.
