The brioche bun for the roll was also perfectly grilled and buttered up. In fact, we learned that the restaurant gets their buns fresh daily from a nearby bakery. Since we had arrived for an earlier lunch and the bread wasn't ready yet, there was actually a ~20+ min delay in getting our food. Regardless, the food was delicious, and the staff were very apologetic and offered to serve our sides while we waited.
