I've been a member of this woman-owned Pilates studio for many years, and I can't recommend it enough. The instructors are exceptionally well trained, give excellent cues, and genuinely care about proper form. In all the years I've been coming here, I've never had a bad class. The studio offers classes for everyone, from beginner to advanced, and does a great job blending classical Pilates with more contemporary movements. The workouts are always varied, so the classes stay fresh and engaging. What makes this studio even more special is the welcoming sense of community. The instructors know everyone by name, and the studio regularly shows its appreciation for members with occasional holiday treats, refreshments, and vendor events. I signed up for the 8 sessions a month based on the promo Club Pilates was offering. I have never done Pilates and the frankly the machine intimidated me. I decided to take the 30 min free class. I know - did it in the wrong order. Gracie was so great and immediately put me at ease. I truly liked the class and look forward to more classes especially if all the instructors are like Gracie (which based on the reviews it would be a yes). She was informative and descriptive of what we need to do, what muscle group and what we should be feeling and where. Reminding us to breathe and tuck the stomach. I loved every minute of it. If you are on the fence about trying Reformer Pilates, this is the perfect place to start.The instructors are incredibly welcoming and make it seamless for beginners to jump right in without feeling intimidated. From the moment you walk in, it feels welcoming, supportive, and professional. Instructors Andrea, Carol, Gracie and Sam are ALL seriously THE BEST! They are so encouraging and inspiring, meeting you wherever you are in your Pilates journey. I have been coming here religiously over the past 5 years till now and absolutely love it. I've also ran into some issues with the app and the studio has also been responsive in a timely manner so all in all my experience here has been lovely. At times it can get challenging getting into some classes at first, however I never fret cause most of the time, I get in due people having other plans or etc. Selfishly, I wish they would open up a 5AM class! I had a double mastectomy this past summer and just getting back to Pilates was tricky and a little uncomfortable. All the instructors made accommodations for me and always checked on me. I have been happy with the classes and instructors. But their payment system and communication are messed up. I paused one month but still got charged full membership fees and pause fee. Also, I was randomly charged class cancellation fee, even though I was present in the class. When I asked them to resolve for me, I never hear back. This is the best kept pilates studio secret in the South Bay. My fave instructors are Gracie, Sam, Carol and Leslie. The recently added 5am class with Sam Hedding has been a god send for those early risers with kids, early risers who work EST, or early risers in general. Sam keeps the classes spicy in which no 2 classes are ever the same making the class time whizz by. The variety of instructors and levels keeps me coming back, I've went from 2 days a week to now aiming for 4, with all different instructors to mix it up. I've tried other studios, however the diversity, class availability times and quality instructors keeps me coming back. Love this place~! If you do plan on booking, you may need to book out for several weeks as the classes fill fast, and the wait lists can be long. (Which is a good sign!). read more

Club Pilates - Interior - Pilates Near Me - Hermosa Beach, California

If you are a busy professional and cannot drop everything to get a spot 2 hours before class from the waitlist, then I do not recommend the membership! You will have to book 2 weeks ahead, otherwise, expect be on the waitlists. It means if your membership starts on the 1st, you basically only have the last weeks in a month 15th- 30th to use your 8 classes, or your credit expires. The app does not allow me to book classes even I had credits... gives a 'you are out of credit' message. It is chore to manage another calendar and call management to fix the glitch (3 times in the first month)! And I agree with everyone to explained how hard it is to cancel the membership. There are many other ways to have a great workout than draining energy to manage the calendar! read more

I recently tried a class at this location and I was impressed with the facility and the instructor. Initially one of the workers reached out to find out what you wanted to focus on and how she could help. I felt was great because she wanted to make sure your needs are met. Fast forward to class and the facility, you walk into a warm welcome by the staff. The facility was clean, had a great scent in the air, and the playlist was great!! I also enjoyed that they asked if you wanted to be by the air conditioner or not. I felt that it was helpful since some people sweat more often than others. I had a great workout and they provided a breakdown of the prices after the class. My only issue is that it is very hard to sign up for a class. They are booked solid for the entire month for classes on the weekends. It makes it hard if you work or if you work far to make a class on time. I would recommend if you are able to take a class during the week, this facility is for your. Also, I think drop in classes are good because then you will not have to worry about a waitlist. read more

First and foremost, Gracie is an amazing instructor. I enjoyed her classes. Now, I would not recommend getting into their "memberships" ! It is the hardest thing to get out of. I was told this was a 3 month membership as I was signing the contract. I still signed up thinking if it did not suit me I would just cancel. I had no clue how to cancel as that was not "clearly" explained at any time during the contract signing. I reached out by phone- no answer and finally got a response via email with instructions on how to cancel . I emailed my advance notice to cancel 30 days BEFORE my next payment and they emailed me stating I would still have to pay another month because it was within the 30 days! I was unable to get someone on the phone to discuss that I had given 30 days notice so I would not be charged for another month and all I could get was an email response every 3 days. They finally agreed that I gave 30 days notice ( once I sent a calendar counting off the 30 days and a screenshot of their contract where it states this) and then said they were going to charge me a final payment! Final payment for what I asked and to please direct me to the verbiage in the contract where this is stated and I never received any response back. The cancellation process sucks, classes are always booked and if you don't use your credits within the month you loose them! This was the main reason I wanted to cancel in the first place. Do better Club Pilates ! I get that you want to make money but not honoring your own cancellation policy is so wrong! I should never have had to go through all of this to cancel a "membership"! read more
