We waited the 3 months and went back into cancel like she said. They had already charged $87 to the card and then Teagan proceeded to charge another $87 for the next month because she said it had to be canceled on Aug 1 and we went on the 4th. Supposedly we were supposed to get an email about it. We were never notified that it had to be cancelled by Aug 1. Do now we've been billed twice for trying to cancel this membership. Don't go there! Every time I try to come back to this company it's a problem, maybe it's the location... I'm not sure. If an employee informs a customer of all prices prior to arrival on the phone when I get there the prices shouldn't be different & to be given attitude and be told " I don't know what to tell you " is crazy. I have decided to change my review here as this place has DEFINITELY improved over the last year and I really appreciate their commitment to making their business better. Every time I go in, I am greeted by the kind staff and they are able to give me recommendations for which services I should use. The spray tan machines are my favorite! It's a super easy process and I always get in and out within 10 minutes! The place is way cleaner than before, they always offer great discounts, and I now feel very welcome here! I love that they offer "clear spray tans" because it prevents my light colored clothes from being completely ruined by the color of the tan once it develops and the tans always look great for up to a week for me! I really appreciate that management has tried their best to improve the business and listens to their customers! I will definitely be using this as my spray tan destination from now on! read more

I decided to give this business after shot after the owner and corporate reached out to me (no offer taken in exchange for a new review) to express their apologies over the miscommunication. I felt as if they did know exactly who I was but this time I was treated better. I get that sometimes people may have a bad day or whatever the reason was but treating people with respect is always rule #1. As gorgeous as every female worker is there, it's nice to be treated fairly when I come into a business looking like a homeless bum. On another note. The beds here are 5 stars all the way. The staff are always very kind and professional and I have never had a negative experience. The beds are always clean and the sunless tanner is fairly new and is amazing. Oh my goodness. So disappointing. Used to the south Tampa location. Great equipment there, clean, friendly. I am standing in the spray booth room at the riverview location with a tiny little dirty fan they brought me to further dry since I am drenched in solution and the fans don't even come close to drying you in the machine. The pump was off the barrier lotion when I can in...turns out it doesn't work. Had to ask for another one. Too bad. Much better location for me. Not happy !! I have been getting spray tans for years and this by far is the worst! When I moved to FL. I went to a different place and it was great!! Because it was a bit of a drive from where we bought a home I decided to find a new location (different company) Big mistake !! My tan is spotted, the color is poor and I hate it. I gave it several try's thinking it was a bad day but I was wrong !! Because I signed a monthly agreement I am forced to pay out 30 days, which I understand because I have done this many times, just wanted to let others know don't waist your money. I have been going to this location for about a year now and always have a nice experience. One young lady truly went over the top. After getting a spray tan I forgot my engagement ring in the store and was frantic when I got home not realizing I lost it. Searching frantically I received a call on my cell phone from the woman at the salon who remembered me and saved my ring so I can come back and pick it up when I could. Many people would have stolen, sold or simply not mentioned a thing and she took the time to do the right thing and find me. All the tans/spray tans I have gotten have been great and complimented, but one doesn't find good people like that everywhere. read more

This place is full of a bunch of liars! I tanned at one location, make that-I tried to tan, but the spray tan machine was out of product... 30 minutes wasted. Then I was told to drive about 30 minutes away to another location. I did, but when I got to the other location, I was told I couldn't tan.... I have never known a tanning salon to turn down business, especially from GROUPON. Don't buy the groupon for this one, its a scam. I would recommend this location this is so much better then Brandon location. The staff is always friendly here and you can tell they change the bulbs on the beds on a regular basis. The radios are always are working unlike the Brandon location. read more

The floors in the rooms are dirty. There are no mirrors in most of the rooms or the hallway. The salon always has that "burned body" smell. Most of the staff seem unfriendly, irritated and bored except for Janice. When I cancelled my membership, they charged me for an extra month even though I had not tanned for 28 days. No credit was issued to me. Nothing about this experience would compel me to recommend them to a friend. I won't ever use this company again. read more

It gets me so DARK ..I only wish they would place this location closer to where I live but its so worth the extra mile. Moved to Florida and the Riverview location was near by. I got a groupon for 2 free spray tans using versaspa. The first and last session didn't work and just shot complete air. The employees acted as if I was just trying to get free stuff and didn't know what I was talking about. At least physically check the machine to see what I'm talking about instead of making me feel like I'm the one doing something wrong. This place needs new management. Maybe hire someone that has customer service skills. Took my daughter in to get a level 2 spray tan. The only part of her body that had color was her hands. The rest of her body broke out in a awful rash. Took her back two days later and showed the manager. What a joke she didn't even stand up to look at her, no sorry, nothing. She did offer another spray. No thanks, if she looked at her body and had any common since she would not offer another spray. Then she asked " are you sure she got the bronzer??" Sometimes it's low in chemical so it doesn't show color. Who says that??? Maybe check your equipment. And if it was low in chemical I would hate to see what she would have looked like if it wasn't. Took pictures and will send it in to the credit card company for my money back and thinking I need to call the health department and BBB. Pretty sad, all she had to do is actually act like she cared and gave me my money back but once again when you hire kids to manage this is what you get.
