Came in to pick up my turkey, I was greeted by at least 6 people behind the counter. Very friendly!!!! The turkey was freaking amazing !!! it was hot it was crispy it was juicy. As soon as my family and I arrived, they were very friendly. They were sweet to our daughter and gave her a lollipop and pancakes as a kind gesture, which was SUPER NICE of them. We placed our order and received it in a timely manner. Keep in mind we were starving by then. We sat down and ate, and food was amazing!!! I went to ask for extra balsamic only. I recently walked in there and purchased an orange juice, I was halfway done when I noticed there was bugs inside my orange juice. I went back in to complain about their fresh squeezed orange juice and the owner ignored me. They even refused to give me a refund. I miss the owners who used to run the place. Stay away... Unfriendly, and not courteous from the owner, and they have used no-name brand products to try to run a high-quality deli... Stay away and spend your money somewhere else! So it's a small deli that you could easily miss driving past. I got the biggest breakfast sandwich you could possibly get from them. Some call them hungry mans, mega mans, the gauntlet, or the hangover on a hero. I call it delicious. A hero roll with eggs ham bacon sausage and cheese. It was hot, the bacon was cooked great and nothing was dried out. The roll was just right. Not to hard not to soft. Also decided to go for their Swedish meatballs. Sorry they just didn't hit me as all that great. The gravy congealed by the time I got home. Tasted a little bitter. And the meatballs were quite bouncy and made my stomach feel like a ball pit. I will def go back and try the other sandwiches as they have quite a broad menu of options. But what deli doesn't lol. I went to this deli because I was in the area and what a disappointment! I ordered 2 sandwiches one with roast beef and the other off their Philly cheese steak menu. When I got home I wanted to add my own condiments to the roast beef sandwich and was shocked to see the thin slivers of meat they had added. Next my friend opened the steak sandwich. Now I had ordered the steak sandwich on a roll which the sign listed as $8.99. I noticed the guy behind the counter charged me $9.99. I had mentioned it to him but between the plexiglass they have up he couldn't hear me, so I decided to drop it because it was only $1. I wished I had said something because when I saw the sandwich I saw there was barely any meat just bread. The sandwiches tasted fine but I was left with such a bad taste in my mouth because of quality of sandwich and I will never go back again.
