The assistant manager, Marquis, handled it perfectly professional, caring, and extremely apologetic. They immediately got to work making every sandwich fresh on the spot, and Ryan made each one perfectly. Honestly, the sandwiches were so fresh and delicious that I couldn't even be upset about the delay. It's rare to see an entire staff that genuinely cares, but everyone there was working hard, keeping the line moving, and staying friendly the whole time. Just ordered the #13 ( the Italian ) and #17 (turkey and provolone) from uber eats. That had to be the most disgusting sandwich I've ever eaten or seen put together. Both were basically Un-edible. The bread was stale and hard. Had zero flavor with the added condiments I normally put on my order. The lettuce looks like bottom of the barrel. Not even shredded. Just mainly whole lettuce slices, overdosed with onions, and minimal gross tasting cold cuts. Glad it was a deal on my uber one. Biggest waste of 25 dollars that mainly saw my trash can over eating. First off there was 2 customers in the whole store. Me and another guy. Took 10 minutes for them to even start my order. I got an original Italian on white. Mikes way with relish. Nobody there seemed to know what they were doing. The lady making the sandwiches just kept dazing out and staring at the counter like she was thinking. Then she gave me a tiny scrape of relish. It's whatever. I didn't complain. Finally after 15 minutes I got my order and payed. I went to get my drink and the cream soda was nothing but seltzer. It's whatever I still didn't complain. Then I walk back to my truck and open my sandwich to find the worst looking thing I've ever got from a Jersey mikes. The bread was smashed and when I took a bite all I can taste is vinegar. This is my first time visiting a Jersey Mike's. I knew they made hero sandwiches but I did not know much more. They offer three sizes. I purchased the regular. I ordered a super sub which was pretty good. They do not offer as many toppings as Subwaysbut I prefer seeing my lunch meat freshly sliced in front of me instead of sitting in a tray for who knows how long. I miss having Mayo flavors, but somehow going back to basics adds an extra authenticity to the product. This hero tastes like hero's from the past, from a real deli, not a fast food outlet. I order around once a week through Uber Eats. There have been a few times where my order is wrong & through Uber, there is no way to get the corrected order sent over. That\s ridiculous. Today my order showed up with only 1 out of the 3 items ordered. I called the store & spoke with the female who I've heard about, who couldn't be bothered. She said she would refund my money because the only other option would be for me to come & get the items that I paid deliver for & she said she was sure I wasn't going to do that. Eventually had to go through Uber for the refund because she never put it through. I'm done with this place. How hard is it to get an order right? How hard is it not to give a customer an attitude when you were the one who screwed up? It's ridiculous that there are no options through the app to make things right & have them send the missing items instead of just a refund. read more

I don't get low ratings here. If you're comparing Jersey Mike's to its competition- Subway and Blimpie - there is no comparison. I get JM once a week on average, often skipping my local Italian market and their outstanding sammys, and opt instead for Mike's. The #13, Mike's way with mayo and banana peppers, is my go to, but their cheesesteak heroes are second only to those found in and around the city of brotherly love. Give it a try folks. I got the giant sized rueben (no. 20) which was really big. Overall the taste was meh. but it didnt really stand out. And the prices were kinda high compared to other subs. I was pleasantly surprised with this new sub shop. I have been passing these shops in Jersey for years. I was very excited to see one opening in Bellmore. Went here for lunch today, and was a little worried when I walked in and saw the Subway setup. This place is way better than Subway. Yes, it is newly opened and they are working out the kinks of training the staff, however, the managers were very friendly and patient and so was I. There were no glaring issues with the staff, just a simple learning curve. Now for the food. I have to say, my sandwich was really delicious. The amount of meat and cheese blows the competition away. I got the cherry pepper relish on an original italian, and that relish is outstanding. The bread had a little crust, not the regular mushy bread the other places use. What I really don't like is how the sandwich is being made 15 inches from your face. 1) that will give fussy people things to pick on "add more of this" & "can I get a fresher piece of that?" and..... 2) that will give the paranoid people and germ phobic people time to examine that you just touched something dirty --then you touched my sandwich. I've been to a couple Jersey Mike's. Some in Jersey and even in one in Hawaii and this is the worst one I've been to. Coming to Long Island I thought they would be in pad with if not better with their sandwiches. I ordered the Club Supreme and it was only my second time ordering it. The first time I ordered it in Jersey it was huge with lots of meat and thick bread. I ordered the giant but was stuffed with just half of it. I liked it so much so I ordered the same here and was disappointed. I didn't get a choice on bread and the portions were like ordering at Subway. I got the regular thinking I'd be stuffed like last time but I'm leaving still hungry now. It has been a while since had a Sub sandwich. Despite growing up in Jersey never went to a Jersey Mike's. I ignored the mixed yelp reviews for this location and should not have! First, the kids that work their had a terrible attitude. Not pleasant, actually rude acting like they didn't want to be there. I even saw the person making my sandwich just toss on the the paper. More importantly the sandwiches: bread was hard-not fresh can't imagine was even made the same day, the sandwiches didn't taste good. My wife threw out most of our 2 sandwiches we bought.
