She spent several hours with us. First reviewing each dog's behavior and then working with each dog separately and then together. She made sure we understood each step of the process and had a good foundation to train the dogs after she left. All three are currently happily passed out and we are so excited to see what daily training will add to their confidence and behavior! We love that Heather/Bark Busters are available any time and can come back as frequently as we need and are committed to our dogs through every stage and change of their lives. Recently, I was trying to use a promotion at a Florida location, but it wasn't showing on my account. I called the Columbia location and Alex was able to resolve the issue quickly and effortlessly. She was beyond sweet and went above and beyond. What impressed me even more was that Alex remembered my pups after 10 months! That personal touch made me feel truly valued as a customer. The facility is always clean, and I love the giant viewing window where you can watch the dogs playing in the pool. The live cameras are fantastic too. I was able to check on my dogs anytime while they were boarding, even from states away. Most importantly, my dogs absolutely loved going here, and I always felt confident knowing they were being cared for by a staff that genuinely loves and cares for the animals. There were three cats up for adoption, and a few other animals, such as guinea pig, pigs and snakes, hairy tarantula and a scorpion. Saw a few dead Beta fish. There is a wide selection of accessories for your pet, but it appears that if I'm looking for a pet, I'll need to find a different option.
