They took a message instead of setting her up for a simple pawdicure, stating, "I will put it on their desk, and Nadia will call you back," referring to the manager and the groomer. Nadia never called back. My dog has such a mild heart murmur that it is negligible and recently Garners Ferry Animal Hospital couldn't even hear it. "She doesn't have one." The cardiologist at CVETS said "The dog has aged, but the heart hasn't aged. I don't want you to limit her in any way." Nadia did her paws and grooming for years then one day asked, "Does she have a heart murmur?" after reading other reviews, I'm sure. Petsense knew she had a heart murmur. I saw it in the computer, as I told them and they took her into their salon for years. There has been no problem with it, and Sookie, at her age, doesn't get upset at any dog that barks or otherwise, besides she's express, and she's in the section where you can watch through the window. If you want to reject a dog from grooming due to age, call the owner and say so. Don't take money and tips for years and then suddenly don't take her after you get rated well. I removed the other rating for this reason. Check out Sookie's reviews. It's the fear of the groomer not the dog's heart murmur that's the issue, as Nadia said, "I had a dog die on me."

I live in Camden South Carolina. So happy to have Petsense nearby. I love to spoil my dog and the…read morestore makes it really easy. Grooming here is wonderful. My dog gets anxious pretty easily, but PetSense makes it so easy for her. It's a quiet, OK relaxed place. She loves Ashley, her groomer, who I appreciate immensely.

Absolutely amazing staff! I started bringing my dogs here when they first opened, and although I…read morenow live in Florida, I still have nothing but wonderful things to say about this facility. Recently, I was trying to use a promotion at a Florida location, but it wasn't showing on my account. I called the Columbia location and Alex was able to resolve the issue quickly and effortlessly. She was beyond sweet and went above and beyond. What impressed me even more was that Alex remembered my pups after 10 months! That personal touch made me feel truly valued as a customer. The facility is always clean, and I love the giant viewing window where you can watch the dogs playing in the pool. The live cameras are fantastic too. I was able to check on my dogs anytime while they were boarding, even from states away. Most importantly, my dogs absolutely loved going here, and I always felt confident knowing they were being cared for by a staff that genuinely loves and cares for the animals. Bri and her rotti were also a highlight for my big Rottweiler Petunia. Highly recommend!

I'll start by saying I already reached out to Pet Paradise via email the same day I got my dog…read moreback. No response. Sent my dog for a one overnight stay a couple weeks ago. She was erratic when I got her. I figured just excitement...then she went downhill. It was like a 360. She was disoriented and seemed confused. Choosing to pee on concrete over the grass which I've only saw her do once before...when she was on meds from spay surgery. She wasn't barking at incoming house guests (she barks at all people who come to the house). Everyone kept saying she's off. Her subdued behavior and slow movements were unlike her. I reached out via email to see if she was treated for something or given any type of meds, or generally asking if someone could give me some insight into her stay as she came back not as she was. Still no response. I would not recommend. I also saw a said video of a women on TikTok whose dog was injured at a different Pet Paradise and the place was completely mute on the matter. Please be weary of this place. We will not be going back due to these issues experienced and lack of professionalism from the business.
