I had AAA come out and put the spare on. I called Belle Tire when I got home, and was told I could stop by first thing in the morning to drop off the flat tire and they would see what the problem was. I had the tire back that afternoon. Yesterday, the rear passenger tire was not holding air; by the time I got out of work, it was too late for Belle to be able to do anything for me; but again, they said I could stop by first thing in the morning. I was there when they opened at 8 a.m. They got me in right away, and I was on the road by 8:25 with my tire repaired (it had a piece of metal in it). Oh...and the best part?! No charge for either of these tire repairs. Everyone there was so kind and considerate to me. I really appreciate that, considering all the pressure everyone is under nowadays. While installing them at home I discovered that one tire had 0 pressure and the other one had 20 pounds. Plus the tires were a year old (dated March 2025). A good reminder why I stopped using Bell Tire years ago. Nothing has changed.
