Pretty amateur shop. I took in for a motherboard repair and they took 2 weeks to finally say the phone doesn't work. And didnt refund my money. I took it to another shop and they fixed it same day. The chiara complained about previous repairs being done to the phone citing that being the reason for failure, while the new shop confirmed that my repairs were adequate and the problems were elsewhere on the board. Amateur, and shady. 2 weeks to return my phone broken, kept my money and citing incorrect issues. Two stars instead of one because I'm sure they're okay for a simple fix like a screen replacement. read more

BEWARE!!! THEY ARE THIEVES!!! Do not come here! Very sketchy business, one guy was on the computer pretending he was working and the other guy was on TikTok. I took an iPad to them so they can fix it because it would kept turning off. They charged me $50 so I can leave it for they can "check it" saying it's probably the battery and said they would order the battery and that they would call me in 3 days. They didn't call so I called on the 4th day and someone told me "ohh the guy who is working on it isn't here, I'll have him text you". I called everyday after that, they would not answer my calls. After almost a week I finally got a text back saying that they are still working on it and that they'll get back to me. They kept ignoring my calls and kept texting me that they would get back to because they were still working on it. They finally got back to after about 3 weeks saying that it's not the battery and that they'll can fix it but it was gonna cost me another $200. I chose to just pick up my iPad because I felt they gave me the run around and had little to no communication. So I declined and chose to pick up my iPad when they said "ohh no, you can't pick it up right now because I have to put it back together, you can't pick it up tomorrow". But didn't give me a time, so I finally pick it up and all they said was "sorry we couldn't fix it". I took my phone in gave him $80 to order the part for my phone galaxy51a 5g called me in 2 days when the part arrived took my phone in for repair I was worried they would mess up my phone just a feeling. I went to pick up made sure I can make a phone call before I paid. all was good until that night a vertical line appeared on my phone. I was going to take my phone back but the line disappeared. it did that for a few days. with the vertical line showing I went to them to show them the line. After 5 or 10 minutes and after taking my protective cover off he tried to tell my the replaced screen was scratch from dropping my phone. for one the phone wasn't dropped and the line showed up after they worked on it. all I got were excuses why they couldn't fix it. If you don't mined a line on your phone and no recourse to fix it, only excuses take it there. Never again. Its easy to say I dropped it so they don't have to fix my vertical line I got. what I feared came true. I should have went through my Insurance and got a new phone instead of having them screw it up. I had replaced my iphone 8 screen myself with an ebay screen I had bought. The tools that came with the repair kit were pretty cheap and the screwdriver with the three peaks stopped working well...long story short I decided to finish the job, at times replacing the screws by trial and error. The phone turned on but had apple logo on and off and that's all. So I called this place close to 5 pm feeling somewhat desperate that I would be without a phone tonight but fortunately someone from this business answered, let me know I could take the phone in. I took it in, place is located in an indoor swapmeet. Right away he took a look at it and then told me it would be $40 to fix and I'm very happy with that price and with him fixing it on the spot, took about 20 minutes.
