In December, while we were in the process of purchasing our home, an inspector noted an issue with…read morethe downstairs HVAC system. During the inspection, the thermostat was set to 72 degrees, but the system was reading 66 degrees. The inspector stated that the unit appeared to be stuck in AC mode and advised that it was an ongoing issue, not something that would suddenly occur overnight. The sellers arranged for their HVAC company to come out, and their technician reported that there was nothing wrong with the system. Based on that information, we proceeded with closing. Two days after closing, we noticed the same issue again--the thermostat was set to 74 degrees, but the system was reading 68 degrees. We contacted the same HVAC company. When I called, the receptionist was extremely rude and dismissive. She stated that all technicians were busy and they would come out "whenever they could." I calmly explained that we were home all day and simply needed the system checked due to inaccurate readings. A technician arrived on February 2nd around 1:00 PM and immediately identified the problem: a valve was sticking in AC mode, causing inaccurate temperature readings. The total repair cost was $1,095. This confirmed exactly what our home inspector had originally found. The technician even stated that this was not a new issue and had developed over time. I called the company back to explain that their first technician missed the problem, despite it being clearly identified by both the inspector and their second technician. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, the receptionist stated there was no supervisor available. I also addressed her rude behavior from the previous call. She dismissed my concerns, blamed the sellers, and refused to take any accountability--even though the sellers had done their part by hiring this company. When I informed her that this matter may need to be escalated to a lawyer for documentation purposes, I asked for her name. She responded defensively, stated she had worked there for 26 years, and said she "wasn't going anywhere." I clarified that I only needed her name for documentation. She then hung up on me and sent subsequent calls straight to voicemail. This company needs to seriously reevaluate who they place as the first point of contact for customers. The receptionist was unprofessional, rude, dismissive, and unwilling to help resolve an issue that resulted from their own technician failing to properly diagnose the problem. Poor customer service like this reflects badly on the entire company

We hired them on the spot and they were out the next day. What a pleasant experience. We had a 30-year -old tank and we were not up to code. And it was doubtful we would be able to get the old tank out of the attic but they did it. We are all good now! We even heard singing and whistling while they worked. - which is real testament to the company. Friendly, professional, on-time, thorough and trust-worthy. Definitely recommend!

I had guests coming to town and needed someone to come within 2 weeks and they had availability within 1 week of calling which was great. Cost was comparable to other companies I spoke to who would never call back to schedule a cleaning. The initial clean wasn't up to par and wasn't finished in the time quoted, however we spoke to the company who sent out a new crew to do a re-clean the next day. Second crew took one look and agreed the previous cleaning was unacceptable and spent extra time finishing the cleaning and re-cleaning all the areas the other crew had worked in the day before. This time they gave the attention to detail we were wanting. We fell in love with the cleaner they sent that day (Terri is the best!) and have requested her ever since for our weekly cleaning. When I say having my house cleaned weekly is the best decision I ever made in regard to my mental health it's no joke! We were drowning before and now the house never gets so out of control that we can't course correct in time for the next cleaning. The price for a weekly clean is great for our house and cheaper than therapy . I will admit I was apprehensive after our initial cleaning day that was not good - but the company stood by their satisfaction guarantee and made it right. We have had a few different teams come out other than our regular cleaner and they have been okay but not stellar. This man is very familiar with my wife and I as we were the second house sold. Today that man almost ran my wife off of the street as she was riding her bike on the loosely graveled road that is being repaved. His disregard to her safety and right of way as well as his laughing at her as he passed her is incomprehensible. I demand that he come to our house and apologize to my wife or we will call the police and report him.
