Off the beaten path by maybe driving 2 minutes out of my way from the busy intersection off the highway and the bustle of the super busy gas stations around there, this was a quite mirage of sorts. A working air pump, nobody there getting gas but me, a lovely quiet retail space selling snacks and drinks and clean bathrooms, a nice girl working behind the counter. It appears the backside of this station does a big amount of trucking business, but not at the small gas station where I was. So ignore the trucks and drive on over for a less hassled rest stop and gas refill...and don't forget the air pump if you need it.

Maverick... bring back they soft serve machine (you had one about a decade ago) and I'll make this my regular stop again.

We were on a road trip coming down from Brian Head and realized we needed new front brake rotors…read moreComing down the mountain, the grade was tough on the disks and warped the left dish, as a result the front vibrated when applying the brakes. Thankfully, our friend Steve, hooked us up with Burt Brothers Tires for a repair. When we arrived, they were friendly and welcoming and immediately took in the four runner to examine it. In the end, they replaced both front rotors, placed new pads, and conducted a four-wheel alignment. They did a great job for a very reasonable price, much less then it would of costed in California. The vehicle drove like new right when we left the service center. Thank you ladies and gentlemen for a job well done.
