Well it was canceled and the automated message said alternate transport would be provided. No one came to tell us what that meant so I ran across the tracks to find a worker and ask just for him to tell me I already missed the connection. I was then stranded for 5 hours because my phone was dead. They offered a voucher for Uber but no phone so no voucher. I finally ended up getting home from riverside at 7pm I contacted metro link just for them to tell me theres nothing they can do to compensate me for this terrible experience. Metro link needs to do better.​​

However, the bus departed nine minutes earlier. I tried to use all my three credit cards for purchasing Metrolink ticket on the Metrolink APP, all of them were failed(maybe it won's accept foreign cards), so I had to spend $2 for the bus fare(my $2 Thomas Jefferson note was gone). You don't have to pay $2 if you show your Metrolink ticket. I arrived there around 17:45, June 28, 2026, perfect timing for the 18:04 train bound to Los Angeles Union Station. Make sure you go to the correct track since nobody is on duty. The station and the train looked clean and safe. Enjoy the cool and with plenty sunshine in southern California.

Restrooms (also on the Metrolink trains), maps, paths, benches, kiosks, bike locker and racks being the top amenities. Not to mention connections to local metro busses, shuttles, rideshare and routes including the Metrolink Arrow which is the extension and goes as far as Redlands University. You can always find Metrolink staff and/or security not far away with helpful need to know information. Traveling through on a weekend there was a little bit of consistent rain and not as many places to wait it out between Metrolink arrivals or departures as they run way less frequently on Saturdays and Sundays, more so after 3pm.
