I repeatedly submitted documentation and verification supporting my account with toll lanes as well as the "good standing"with credit Despite this, my information was disregarded, and I did not receive the assistance/correction. This company is lazy and refuses to correspond with sister companies/affiliates, resulting in hold on my vehicle registration and double billing. I also repeatedly requested reasonable accommodations regarding these disputes and frivolous charges. I need my transportation for my family, medical appointments, etc. These ridiculous charges prevent me from registering my vehicle, burden me financially and pose an imenent threat hindering my disabled family from getting the care needed. It also puts us at risk with coming into contact with law enforcement due to these errors. I have already contacted all agencies repeatedly. If these agencies correspond and are affiliated/working from the same system, these companies need to clear this matter up vs trying to scam customers. I am prepared to provide correspondence, service request records, emails, supporting documentation, and other evidence in support of this complaint.

I have to start with, I do love the 91 express lanes. I drive between O.C. and Palm Springs…read moreregularly, and they have saved me a ton of time. For the most part, I've never had an issue with them through the 5 cars I've had since I started using them 20+ years ago. Until now... So, this is partially my fault. I got new license plates and accidentally switched two letters when entering them into my account. I discovered the error and found out I couldn't change the wrong license but had to simply add the correct one. What I didn't do was deactivate the bad license, but since it was tied to the correct transponder, I just left it, so I had two cars with the same transponder. Fast forward a year, and I'm suddenly getting charged for my wrong plate in San Francisco. In fact, I got charged twice on the same day for being in San Fran AND on the 91! I called three times to dispute the charges. The people on the phone were very nice, but the team (or person) who decides the dispute denied it three times, stating, "My transponder or license plates were verified to use the toll lane." So, it turns out, the 91 express lanes don't cross-reference license plates with the DMV when there is a dispute. So I'm ending up paying for someone else's car and going through the San Fran toll lanes, which charge me about $80. At this point, it's not worth fighting, but I did deactivate the bad license plate and make sure the right car and transponder still work. It's been a few weeks, and no more charges from San Fran have shown up, so I assume it's fixed. I hope the guy who was using the San Fran toll lanes appreciates that I paid for his trips, and I hope he has his own transponder or he's going to get a lot of violations in the mail!

We rented a limo from Amazing Limousines, and it was anything but amazing. The vehicle was…read moreextremely dirty, both inside and out -- it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. The air conditioning didn't work, which made the ride uncomfortable, and the driver divider was broken, so there was no privacy at all. After our concert, things got even worse. We had to walk around trying to find our driver and limo, calling him multiple times with no answer. We finally had to call the owner, Art, who managed to track him down -- turns out the driver had two phones and gave us the wrong number. When we eventually found the limo, we had to run into a crowded street just to let ourselves in. We have used them in the past, 1st time was really good and I wrote a positive review, 2nd time was awful but Art told me he had to sub the contract out and that was why the service was bad, 3rd and final time was terrible. Done with this company! Art did compensate us for two extra hours since we went over time, but honestly, it didn't come close to making up for how bad the experience was. Between the broken equipment, filthy car, and unprofessional service, I would not recommend Amazing Limousines to anyone looking for a reliable or enjoyable experience.
